Customer service was sub-par. More chit-chat among employees than with attention to customers. I waited to be rang up, with there being 4 staff standing there having a discussion...smh. And why have wrapping paper if you wrap no purchases?!?!?

The customer service was good. My only complaint was pricing. Some of the prices online were less expensive than in store. The bag I bought is good quality and I plan on purchasing another one, different color, this week.
