Chris at the front desk went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me. Another customer needed immediate help to make it home safely close to closing and he most certainly went beyond duty to make it happen for her! Ernie assisted me with the warmest welcome and made me feel like I was family. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I've been taking my personal vehicle to Colony for a couple years and I've always been satisfied. Whether it's inspection, oil change, or new tires they always do a great job.

Charged 400 dollars for a alignment that wasn't ever done. Was told the steering wheel is still off. I laughed guess they didn't know I work in the same industry, u get the vehicles alignment readings then straighten and lock the steering wheel and then aligned the front end. This place is a joke.

The driver of truck C291 removed my mirror on tidewater in Norfolk this morning by hitting my car, while I was in it. He then proceeded to say he didn't know if it was his fault, which was erroneous, as I was stopped 2 cars back at a red-light when my mirror exploded, so he could make a left turn on Cromwell; cool he caught the greenlight light, but he was careless and lied to my face after causing damage to my truck. I hope he was late this morning. I hope the company takes into consideration, not just this man's inability to operate vehicles, but also the ease with which he was able to lie about it. Accidents happen, but you made a choice to try to lie about what you did.

They passed a state inspection on a vehicle that was leaking fuel terribly out of the tank. Wonder what they'll miss on your car too.
