Took 5 hours to change 2 tires arrived at 7:30 didn’t leave till after 12:30. Was told 2 hour job and that was not true. Watched employees go for lunchtime work outs and indulge in conversations about trips to Columbia. Worst service ever. No need to do business with colony tire Norfolk anymore.
