Customer service is awful and incompetent. It took me months just to cancel my services. I’m not sure if they train their employees to treat people this way or what… I asked the “supervisor” if he thought my poor experience was a reflection of their awful reviews and his response was “well no one likes their utility provider and we’re no different” is that honestly something they’re proud of?! I’ve never had such a poor experience with any provider, it feels predatory.

We just stopped in the store and worked with Daeshona! Could not be more happy about our experience. She helped us navigate a few hiccups, made our care feel prioritized, and was very informative. This is my third internet provider I have worked with and hands down the best. If you decide to swing in this branch, definitely seek out Daeshona!

I had a truly excellent experience with Kashema at Cox. From the moment she greeted me, she was warm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through everything and make sure I left with complete clarity. What could have been a stressful visit instead felt easy and positive because of the way she handled it.
Kashema sets the bar for what great customer service should look like. She not only goes above and beyond for the customer but also demonstrates the kind of professionalism, poise, and leadership qualities that make her stand out as true management material. Cox is fortunate to have her representing their team!!
