This company is about as bad as it gets. Owner is incompetent and very uneducated. THE ONLY REASON that this company exists is because it monopolized Virginia Beach and made it so people don’t have a choice but to use them, and they provide some of the worst service I have ever seen. Anyone who works for and empowers this organization to do what it does should be ashamed of themselves

Caitlin was really sweet and helped me and my partner set up internet in our new apartment in under 10 minutes. Thank you so much Caitlin! We were also greeted warmly when we walked in!

So yea, the service is not good for the price.100 dollars a month for half a gig, which you know wouldn't be all that terrible, BUT.... there are always outages and not even fiber optics cables which every other company like fios have as the norm. Why do I not switch to Verizon you ask??? Well it seems that cox has a strangle hold on norfolk where I live and is literally the only service available ? you would think they would offer the same quality of their competitors. But since they know they are the only option in norfolk they rather just save money and not lay down fiber optics and give the people of norfolk terrible internet service. I can't wait until Verizon gets set up in norfolk so I can cancel this terrible service from cox and get service that actually works well.

Phenomenal customer work service!Been having problems with my Wi-Fi, I think my modem was old. Brought it in to get it replaced, everything was fast and no drilling of why it’s broken. 10/10 best service I have received in Norfolk.

Hot garbage. I can't get ahold of anyone any time of day. Store, 1-800 numbers, etc. The only way is if I show up in person. They answered the phone once at the store and mis-scheduled me by 3 days and a shift. I don't even have service yet and my bill is showing 179.99 for installation and services for jul 27 due date. It's July 8th. Not even a full month from today. My non service date. I have been trying to get service since Monday and I guess I'll update tomorrow to see if anyone actually shows up for install.

People at store was nice and helpful. However, internet service was exceptionally slow and had at least 4 outages the 10 days I had internet service. Paying $80 a month to discover that Cox internet has slower service than my phone! Amazing. I don’t see how they stay in business.

I would highly recommend going in person vs. dealing with online sales. In person they tailor the services and the COST according to local standards. I pay $70 per month now vs. the $184 per month I was paying before. Pardon my French but f%#* the online sales guy who did a piss poor job and wasted 5 hours of my life.

There is an outage in my area that has been going on for 4 days and we can not seem to get and answer to when it will be restored. There are people out here that suffer from depression and other mental issues that can not leave the home without assistants that need to have their TV and cable service for everyday life and well being. this makes no since to me that no one at this company can give me a time frame when the service will be restored in my area. The charge you the world for the service and when it goes out they have no idea when it will come back on. I want to know will they take responsibility for any mental breakdowns that people may have with this on going outage problem?

Don’t even waste your time or money. I am highly unsatisfied with the internet. They constantly have outages. I’m not talking about 2 hour outages it’s all day. Not even worth it.

The Cox staff members are terrific customer service representatives. I was very pleased with their service from when I entered the store to end of the transaction.
