Had a lot of fun shopping here. I used to despise crocs for the longest time. Then my son got a pair, I tried them on and the rest is history. They may be ugly but they are soooo comfortable. I feel like I can't even walk properly around my house without them now. We had a blast picking out jibblets for our new crocs. They had a but 13 get 13 special which I thought was great! Everyone who loves crocs should go here! This place is fun for all ages 💗

Went to return shoes that don't fit my kids. I had the receipt but they didn't want to give me a full return because the shoe went on sale 2 days after my purchase. Told me that is policy. I told them that was stealing. Never go back ever again.

I asked a salesman in the back of the store for a certain style and he told me he didn't know if they had it. He then told me to go look up front to see if it was there. I told him I just came from the front looking for that style. He just shrugged his shoulders. He acted like he didn't want to help me. So, I went up front and out the door!

I took my daughter to Crocs located at Norfolk premium outlet, Virginia, to buy crocs shoe charms. But, I had no idea how to click those charms into the shoe holes because the holes are too small. Brandy saved my day. She clicked 6 charms into to the shoes in just seconds. Not only that. She is friendly and patience. A+ customer service. Thank you so much, Brandy. To some it might be a small help, but to my daughter and I, it was a huge help. Thank you for helping us. We left the store happy.

I like my croc shoes. The young lady who checked me out seem bothered. I noticed my receipt had a charge for the bag she put my shoes in and a charge for shoe shine that I didn't ask for. I didn't ask or know a printed bag was a up charge. I just thought it was a new type of bag they were using. As for the shoe shine crap. I didn't ask for it but she changed me for it. It happen today 5-3-25 around 11:30 am at Premium Outlet in Norfolk Virginia.

Vanessa is next level she brings the knowledge of a podiatrist with the insight and help of a great crocs employee. We both suffer from bone spurs and the treatment my doctor recommended was to wear crocs.
She got me in the right size, with stylish choices, and great prices. You really need to come into the store and ask for her before buying online.
She’s a 10 star review not just a 5. But that’s all google would allow.
