I had to swap out 2 pairs of crocs I bought online. The gentleman was so very nice and helped me without hesitation! He even made sure they fit before I got them. 100% will be back!

The only reason I’m giving this location a 2 star is because of the selection of crocs there they have a good variety but other then that the customer service was not great it was some skinny tall white girl like side eyeing me n talking among the other employees I didn’t feel comfortable shopping there I’m not racist but I guess they did it cause I was black but you got to come harder then that to run me away if she’s reading this my daughter felt uncomfortable n the manager witch was mixed came from the back like I was doing something wrong idk just didn’t like my experience there but other then that it was nice inside

If you like Crocs, they have lots of colors and styles! Good deals on jibbitz. Employees friendly and store well organized.

I had to do an exchange because I accidentally bought a men's 10 instead of a women's 10. Kevin was engaged immediately and assisted me find my actual size, 8 women's. He was friendly and greeted us immediately, had amazing customer service skills. Asked the right questions and went above and beyond. Hopefully his District Manager and Store Manager recognizes him for his enthusiasm and passion for helping his customers. Thank you Kevin!

Please be wary- this store in particular uses bait and switch marketing. Crocs corporate will say they have no control over this. "Buy two get the third FREE" signage all over the front and inside the store may secretly relate to a small selection of random clearance shoes in the back despite the small print on the signage only specifically excluding Jibbitz. The check out person will not care at all that your three kids spent an hour picking out full price shoes, and now you're spending $45 dollars more for a third pair you thought was free. Go ahead and find the shoes you want there, but buy online or buy at another retailer. I've found either can be so so much cheaper. Nice, only issue, the staff wasn't helpful enough, we had to ask to be helped even when it was obvious we needed assistance. Other that, the store is clean and they did a good job of getting the customers through the line.

I know you never left CROCS but you certainly have made a come back of some sorts and you've pulled me back in....great variety colors styles sizes and the little jibbitz stocked by what seems millions oh pleasant staff as well they're all helpful busy and seem to be in a good mood

I've been waiting for forever to purchase my Crocs and finally!!!!!Went in to make sure I was getting the right size instead of purchasing online.So satisfied with my purchase.The workers are really nice although the security guard does watch shoppers heavily. I will be back soon because those hot pink Crocs are calling my name ???????
