CVS Pharmacy is a convenient location with pleasant, courteous, and incredibly helpful staff who try to keep things running smoothly and apply discounts. The pharmacy is busy and appears understaffed, which can cause inefficiency, long lines, and long wait times for prescriptions, with the drive-thru sometimes closed. The store opens late on occasion. Checkout is primarily self-serve, and shopping carts and baskets are often missing. Parking is ample and easy. While some experiences are poor, forcing customers to explore other options, many have generally good experiences with staff who care.
The fact that they have the pharmacy make you leave a voicemail now instead of them answering the phone is just pure laziness and stupid. The system says they'll call back within an hour. Of course they don't. Just gives them more reasons not to answer calls or make calls.

You can’t ever get through. The wait for the prescription is outrageous. Can take up to 7 days for them to fill a prescription. Had to wait in line 45 minutes just to pick it up.

It shouldn’t take multiple days to fill a prescription. Hire more people.
