I was in tears breaking down on the phone with a friend of mine because I was there to pick out flowers for my sister’s headstone, today being the anniversary of her passing. The woman was so kind and considerate. Beautifully wrapped her Bouquet helped me pick out a card and was just extremely kind and thoughtful through the whole encounter. I really regret not getting her name, but she will always be in my prayers. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service at such a difficult time.”

Worked customer service for a number of years including being a supervisor. It's not easy, it's not pleasant, and sometimes you get downright rude customers. But you are expected to show professionalism and be as accommodating as possible. And from what I've observed with interactions here it can be a challenge.
