CVS Pharmacy in Norfolk is a full-service pharmacy with experienced and helpful pharmacists. The staff is described as amazing, very nice, friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. One pharmacist is highlighted for providing service with a smile, greeting customers by name, and showing genuine care. The pharmacy is noted for being very clean. Staff educate and answer questions thoroughly, even when busy. They are exceptionally helpful in finding savings, with one instance where a pharmacist found a discount program that significantly reduced a medication's cost. Prescriptions are ready with same-day pick-up and the system sends text reminders for pickup. Management of prescriptions is quick and convenient, available online or in person. However, one staff member was noted to have given a nasty attitude and acted unprofessionally, which was disappointing amidst otherwise consistently great service over many years. The pharmacy offers vaccines, drive-thru service, and the ability to earn rewards.
I love this location, I’ve never had pharmacist’s who are so vigilant in providing the best possible experience. They go above and beyond every time. I am eternally grateful for Mark and his team. Thank you so much
