I will no longer refill with CVS since you can no longer get connected with a person. You have to leave a voicemail and wait till they call you back. It adds hours to the process so I am switching to a pharmacy in which I can talk to a person when calling. This CVS is better than other CVS locations however, it's unfortunate that many locations are switching to only voicemail.

Pharmacist on duty, he is very professional and courteous always ask if I have any questions about medication when I pick them up for my family. He always calls me by my name, which is nice and the woman that checked me out at the pharmacy (Patrice) also was very courteous every time I have been there for the last year there is little wait and they are very efficient and professional.

The pharmacy staff that helped me was amazing store was very clean the lady was very nice friendly and caring I felt appreciated I had a nice conversation thank you for all the hard work

This is a great pharmacy.They educate and answer questions you have even when they are super busy.My prescriptions are always waiting for me, if i forget, I always get a text to let me know they are still waiting on a pick up. Mark gives you service with a Smile and greets you by name which is rare these days!!

The staff at this CVS pharmacy in Target are the best. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The regular price of the medication was over $1,000, even with insurance it was $800+. The pharmacist found a discount program we could not, and brought it down to $0! We are so very grateful.

Mark is amazing and reminds me of one of those small town pharmacist who makes a point to know your name, cares beyond the surface, and truly shows how dedicated he is to the job. For the woman with the blonde hair, she gave a nasty attitude and was slamming things behind the counter. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing to see when my experience at this pharmacy otherwise has been great over the decade I've been using this location. I'm making a point to report this to corporate in the event that this review does not make it to public view. Mark is amazing. Other lady, please check in with yourself and don't project into the customers. It's not behind closed doors and we can hear and see it from the counter.

Pharmacy is a joke.... My doctor called my meds in at 10am and I go to pick them up at 4pm and they weren't ready.. told me to come back at noon the next day and still wasn't ready.. told me if I wanted to wait they would be ready within a hour.. finally 2hrs and ten minutes they were ready.. needless to say I now get my meds from Walmart...

Mark was awesome and truly cares about those who choose to pick up their prescription at this CVS. He always wants to make sure that you aren’t having any side effects with the medication. It is nice for a pharmacist to greet you and actually care. Many pharmacies you go into they are just on a rush for you to pay and leave. Mark does not do that. It is very appreciated.

First time this CVS which is located in the Target off Military Highway. After being unable to secure a prescription at Walgreens the script was flipped to CVS which stocked it. They accepted my insurance and the order was filled. The staff was very helpful and the transaction easy to check out. I was surprised that the counter lament was horribly peeled off and looked awful. I probably would not return to this location as it's not convenient. 3.5 rounding up with super customer service.

This CVS is in target. So you get no benefits of CVS such as short lines, not walking a mile etc to your car. Stay away unless you want to go to target

The pharmacist don’t ever help the pharmacy techs, and the pharmacy techs are rude and make me feel uncomfortable and like I’m bothering them anytime I go there. Maybe CVS should pay them more or get more people or get different people and pay those different people better but this is a terrible location. It’s like they are punishing people for picking up their medicine by taking so long and then giving you attitude when you are picking up your medicine. I’ve gone to this location a few times and it’s really terrible I can’t keep coming here. It seems like it’s probably a really toxic workplace like there’s bad mental health being experienced by the employees and they are causing the customers to have anxiety and diminishing our mental health as customers it’s not ok.
