Had a flat, set up appointment the next day, quickly learned that tire couldn't be fixed. They presented good, better, best alternatives, I chose one and drove out just a few minutes later. I didn't comparison shop so I can't talk about pricing, but it was close, convenient, fast and reasonably expensive.
Only negative was comfort in the store. Really, no Keurig or other coffee? No work surface? Some credit for free Wi-Fi but they could do more in this department as there are no cafes or coffee shops nearby to wait.

Friendly staff and competent repair staff. They do not try to sell you work that you don’t need. They also take time to explain what and why something needs to be done.

Went in for a slow leak in my tire. I was in and out in an hour after getting a tire repair, rotation, and an alignment. The staff was very informative and gave me updates as needed.

Apart from destroying the rim and lugnut on my boyfriends tire, this is the SECOND time they did not secure the lugnuts. The first time I wasn't in the car but this time myself and my 7 yr old son are in here and if my boyfriend didn't constantly pull over to check the tire and tighten the lugnuts as best he could, I have no doubt the tire would have been and come off the vehicle causing an accident. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
