I’ve had multiple issues with Firestone in the past Two locations both on military highway. The first one was my truck went in for an alignment after a recently installed 4 inch lift kit the technician in a polite way said I had a cheap lift kit and it was unable to Aligned I left called the manufacturer, got a little more information and soon realized after reading countless reviews online Firestones technicians do not understand the basics of alignments more than what the computer tells them to do And since it was lifted, their computer does not adjust for that they maxed out my Suspension adjustments, and my tires were rubbing when I left they refused to refund A couple days after I made a huge scene And then they refunded I took it to Portsmouth alignment they had zero issues Truck drive straight brakes, straight zero tire rub The second issue I had a different Firestone closer to military Circle I brought in my Honda Civic for a state inspection They called me with almost a $3000 repair bill I declined They gave me the reasoning for decline And a rejection sticker, I ordered the parts online I went to go install them a couple weeks later I felt like there was nothing wrong. I immediately took it to a different state inspection. It passed immediately Firestone trains, their employees to use the state inspection to their advantage To bring in revenue and there’s a sentence to be dishonest I’ve heard that from a couple buddies who worked at Firestone from the past If you would like to overpay and have a dishonest company work on your vehicle, this is the place to go

Very professional & friendly front staff (I didn’t encounter any of the mechanics), great timing, service was exceptional, lobby/waiting are is extremely spacious & clean!! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Dropped my car off without issue for two new front tires and an inspection, they told me it would be ready the next day, great I am traveling using my car this weekend so that’s perfect! The next day goes on and I do not hear from anyone, I call and they say everyone’s gone home they couldn’t get to my car for state inspection. I said that’s fine, i’ll just get my car, pay for the tires, and go without the inspection, the person on the phone says that works. I show up to get my car at the end of the day and absolutely nothing has been done to it, my car has just been sitting there. The lack of professional communication at this shop was astounding, nobody even bothered to call me I had to call twice. The young man at the front desk was as kind as he could be about it, not sure why you would leave a front desk person there alone though? I am not sure why the entire team would leave in the middle of the day but you truly wasted my time thank you for nothing! Not sure why you would expect people to trust you when you cannot even stick to a timeline or give people update calls.

They didn't have the tool needed to remove my lug nuts. The staff went way out of their way to assist me. Staff was excellent.
