Very disappointing experience at Ron Hess Gun and Tackle. The customer service was rude and unwelcoming, and the way I was treated made me feel like minorities are not welcome there. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

During my visit, three people walked in looking buy firearms. (including myself) But I’m convinced this old cranky man does not want to sell. He had nothing but rude comments the entire time I was there. Needless to say we all walked out. I hope chuck akoury never brings that money back!

This is the nicest man you will ever meet. It you have a since of humor and can take a joke this guy gets it and trys to have a laugh with you well showing you around the store. He is honest and hard working. If its guns or gear he is the guy thanks so much!!
