“I am very happy with the service I have received in the past two visits with Hibbetts. I had a horrible visit the time before that and I was determined to never go back in there, but we did go there. It’s close to our house and we always seem to find what we can’t find anywhere else. Today I was helped by Anthony. He did a fabulous job. He offered everything that he should’ve and I’m really grateful my kid got exactly what he wanted. Thank you so much and we will be coming back.”
“I’m only going to give a review on customer service. I walked in the Columbia outlet store on Friday December 12th to do an exchange for an online purchase only to find out that they’re are NOT affiliated with Columbia online. However they could take the return. There was ONLY one guy that could and did assist me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I could receive what I came in for versus just saying I can’t help you. I ordered based on the size recommended by the company and it was incorrect, the jacket was way too big. I wanted smaller size for the same price. Zak who worked at the store outlet called the Columbia online customer service to make sure I was going to get what I needed. I didn’t receive the same service online when I called the night before going into the store,, I was directed to take jacket into store. I want to thank Zak for going above and beyond to help, excellent and outstanding customer service. We need more Zaks, he handled it with such patience and grace. I hope you all working for this company could be more like him. This has even helped me! He very much deserves a raise. Zak may every thing you do with excellence bless your finances with increase in the name of Jesus.”
“As a budget sneaker collector (or at lease my YouTube feed would say) this outlet was excellent for steals and deals with a 40% off on the back wall. Clothing selection was smaller than other stores but still had alright selection. This factory store happened to have the refurbished program, which was the cherry on top of a already above average Nike store.”

“I was very pleased with my experience at Famous Footwear yesterday.I came in noonish and there was this lady who I forgot to get her name I wish I did, but she was very helpful. I didn’t end up buying shoes at the store, but I did buy shoes online because the shoes that I wanted I couldn’t find in store, but I was able to find online which she did recommend that I do. Very sweet and I appreciate that kind of gesture I will be returning”
“Great store with a wide variety of hats (fitted & snapback). I buy all of my New Era hats from there. I only wear the best. The only drawback is the store is rather small. If there's three or more customers in the store it's like being packed in a sardine can. I'd like to see them expand.”
“Ron is a hardened man. he is not mean or angry he is straight to the point. Once you understand sarcasm or grow thick skin you will understand him. I am a fisherman and go often to get gear from the tackle side. The tackle shop has many many treasures. I have found items you wont find anywhere else as well as hand tied jigs that have already caught many crappie. If you fish or know a fisherman send them ASAP. I promise you will find things you cant find anywhere else at beyond reasonable prices. Be ready to buy and While you're there have a conversation with Ron he's great.”

“I’ve always just bought shoes for work (on my feet all day) but recently started to dabble in the world of running. John and Mike had me try on numerous pairs of training and racing shoes to see which felt the best while explaining the differences between each model. I have odd feet (size and a half difference) so finding the right pair of shoes can be a challenge. They always have everything I need and are willing to order, or transfer from the VB store, if not available in Norfolk.”
