“My 13-year-old and I had the best experience at this athletic shoe store. I was primarily looking for a running shoe for my daughter, having chosen poor choices based on shoe ratings in past years. I needed to determine what to look for or what would be a proper fit. This store was advertised in such a way that they would help you find the best fit. A *genuinely* friendly sales lady (clearly an experienced runner based on her physique) courteously asked us what we needed; I told her, and then the magic started - lol. She measured my daughter's feet and had her walk around the store to determine her walking gate and whether she suffered from supination or pronation. She figured it out in short order, asked my daughter what color sneaker she liked, and proceeded to bring out several different brands and sizes of shoes. My daughter tried all of them and walked around again, and we landed on a great pair of Brooks, which I wouldn't have thought would be the best choice for her. She's been wearing them often, loves them, and says she can run better and her feet do not hurt. I was so happy with the sales lady's expertise and kindness that I asked her to help me pick a pair, and she was equally generous with her time with me. This store had two sales that day. I highly recommend it!”

George was very accommodating to me with a pair that I thought was less than perfect with a pair that I was happy to walk out of the store with. Customer service is just not what it used to to be George gets 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️stars from me.”

“For an outlet, I was surprised at how high the prices are in this Nike store. I came to return a pair of sneakers that didn't fit my son comfortably. It was an online order and the Nike app told me where I could return them and provided a barcode for the return. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly. The customer service was excellent. Cashiers all provided quick and knowledgeable service.The 4 rating is only because of the price of the merchandise.”
