Wonderful space, I love the energy. Amazing owner who is easy to work with. This is a great space for yoga teachers to teach workshops or classes. All the equipment you may need is already there. 5 stars.

An amazing space, with beautiful energy and people. The ambiance is peaceful and serene. I love hosting my workshops here. Flourish is of my favorite spots in Hampton Roads.
