Food Lion is a store that offers a variety of products, including fresh produce and a well-stocked meat department. Customers find the store convenient because of its compelling deals and good selection of items like Diet Dr. Pepper and Fruit and Nut, which are often hard to find elsewhere. The store staff, including helpful and considerate employees, receive positive comments for their friendliness and assistance. One staff member was particularly appreciated for being helpful at the cleaning cart and at self-checkout. However, the store has some drawbacks. The store itself is not the newest or the cleanest, and checkout lines can be long. The parking lot is considered by some to be in poor condition, with litter and awkward layout issues, making it difficult to access the store easily. Despite these issues, the store's atmosphere is welcoming, and customers note that the staff is friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience generally positive.

First time at this food lion. It had everything I was looking for. I tried the Wing Bar, but the wings were way overcooked. Almost like they were leftovers from yesterday. I was disappointed in that. A shoutout to the lady who was at the cleaning cart. She was especially helpful and considerate.
