Kindness is a characteristic hard to come by now a days, and it was evident that it is lacking at this Hertz location.As a nurse the way people are treated is very important to me.I visited this location and Jaime was not kind at all. Because I was looking for a different type of vehicle, the only person that I was told that could help me was jamie. She acted as though I was bothering her. She acted as though she did not want to help me and she was very rude. I felt some types of way . As i'm standing there still trying to be nice even though i'm being disrespected, I remained calm.She walked away from me twice as I was trying to get her assistance. I hate to say that people are racist, but unfortunately, that is the type of world that we live in. Because as I'm standing there, literally just needing assistance, and I'm not getting my assistance. A cucasian male walks in and she just seems to be very helpful to him. So I didn't understand as to why I could not get that same customer service, why I could not get that same kindness. I'd done nothing to her but come in and try to get a vehicle that is it.The only reason why I am even doing a review is because this did not just happen once with Jamie. This happened with jamie twice .The young lady who initially started helping me was great. She did as much as she could. However, she could not do it all because she needed jamie's help but she was awesome.And she went above and beyond to make sure that I felt like a valued customer.I visted here the 9th to check on my reservations, and I went back on the 10th to pick-up.I paid and left . I was so upset about how I was misreated, that If you check your cameras you will see that I actually left the vehicle there on the lot and did not pick it up until today the 11th.

The car was nice but it was dirty and now I'm being charged for a windshield i didn't damage. Not to mention they didn't pick me up when an appointment was scheduled a week ahead of time and then I couldn't get them on the phone to co.e pick me up.

I rent from here frequently and never had any issues or bad service. Always in and out and the people are polite.

Do NOT use this location. The staff doesn't care. If you are picking up a car as part of an insurance claim, they will not tell you when to bring the vehicle back until after it is overdue, so they can charge you for an extra 2-3 days. I was never given an end date until 2 days after it was supposed to be returned. 175 bucks unexpected expense for me to deal with. I've rented here a few times, but this was the last. Way to go, you lost a customer, Hertz.
Update, I called to pay the bill but they wouldn't allow me to pay with a different card than the one they had on file. Looks like you're not getting paid then, Hertz

I found out that I was band for a rental there. After I book reservation.
So, my husband did most of the driving.
The clerk on Thursday was very helpful!
The clerk on Saturday morning! Was not warming at all. Not really rude! Though...

The AC worked intermittently. It was dripping on my feet periodically. I tried resolving with customer service and they could not guarantee a replacement. When I asked for reimbursement I was told to go to office and when I went to office they told me call customer service

This place is the worst for Uber rentals.Ive had 3 different reservations only to get all the way there and them to tell me they don't have any cars.On one occasion they said they rented the car..Made reservations for the 4th time last night.Today once again get all the way there said no cars available.The gentleman said try back tomorrow. They never ever answer the phone.Gonna call corporate in a few to let them know how this location operate....Wish I could give them a negative-1 star!!!!

I rented from this place a couple years ago a Nissan Altima and everything was fine but about 5 hours after picking the car up I was not able to open my driver's door and I was trapped inside of the car the company did not even have a replacement card for me they just wanted to have me bring the car back unfortunately I missed the deadline of when I can return the car due to them closing on the weekend and I was forced to hold the car until Sunday I was also charged for the full amount of having the vehicle even though I was unable to properly drive it away a vehicle is supposed to be. The manager at the front desk said I will not be refunded due to not dropping the car off or putting it in the Dropbox. I feel like I should have never been to an issue like that and if the door was not working properly even if I was not able to drop it off by the days that she specified due to them closing I should have still been refunded. Nobody should have to pay and go through anything like that. This company on this at this location is probably one of the most unprofessional and dirtiest rental places in the 757 they definitely need to do better with cleaning their cars before they give them out to individuals but I guess that is easier said than done.

So I guess it's a sign of the times...anyway, I visited this place because the phone was never answered! When I told the representative this, she made no comment.
She couldn't verify the data (payment) that I submitted- she stated she needed to open another page, but didn't do so.
Anyway, I just think that it's bad business to tell you to hold on for a person to answer the phone, but no one answers!
These businesses need to do better with customers!

They made a reservation for me through my uber driver app I came here and now they say they don’t have car and I need to make reservations much earlier etc. terrible terrible system and waste of time congratulations hertz 👏🏻

I have been renting through hertz with ubering...and hands down this branch at military highway are fantastic.....Jamie the manager is very kind and helpful with all worries
