“The last minute scheduling made some of the move more difficult. I needed an early afternoon move. They could either do 8:30 am or closer to maybe 3pm. Found this out on the actual day of the move. The situation was last minute on my part and I was not as ready as I had hoped to be. The crew was kind, respectful, professional, efficient!!! I had a big smile on my face when we were done. 10 out of 10, I totally recommend!!”

“I will recommend them to everyone. I called last minute for delivery. Gave me a fair price. Was able to pick up my furniture the same day and delivered by 8am next morning which was a Sunday. They were not able to deliver the same day due to restrictions on the CBBT. They set up my furniture and cleaned up everything. I am more than satisfied. I will definitely use them again. “Your staff are great - professional, fast, dependable, and always on time. One weekend they did the work of twenty with about seven people and five trucks. Between discarding some of our old furniture and file cabinets, to moving various items to our facilities in Portsmouth, Suffolk, and 19th Street, and delivering primary items to our new facilities, they did a great job (and a lot of this took place on a Saturday). They were always very careful when loading and unloading in our offices, there was no damage to walls or carpeting. Way to go!”

“Utilized them back in September 2020 for PCS orders to Japan. They arrived between the two-hour window, but still apologized for tardiness. The two movers greeted me upon entry, as well as introduced themselves. They wore masks in my home. They carefully and strategically packed my belongings. I wish I remembered their names so I can personally give them praise, but it was so long ago and moving was so stressful that I completely forgot to leave this review. I wish I utilized this company for my HHG and not just my express items. When I received my belongings, everything was in the same condition as when I packed it. “Tall Will and Ox (Carlos) were awesome!
They are efficient, professional and most of all, concerned about the protection of our items as well as the walls and doors going through the house.
I was initially concerned the movers would just put the stuff in the POD leaving a bunch of unused empty space. Nope. Right from the start they stacked items vertically, filling the POD from the floor to the ceilling. They even tucked the detached couch arms into spaces that were left from the stuff I had already packed in. They very efficiently filled up the storage volume.
We had a cabinet with glass panels. They asked for some cardboard. We sacrificed a moving box to wrap the cabinet in both cardboard and moving blankets. All taped up, nice and secure.
The last item in was a base of a recliner chair. It was placed on a dresser. The wooden legs of the base hung down below the edge of the dresser. Even though there was a blanket between the dresser edge and the legs. I was thinking to myself I might want to move it or place something thicker between the two. Without me saying anything, Ox says, I don't like this hanging down here, and rotates the recliner base so the legs were sticking up away from anything and it was just padded recliner in contact with the dresser. It is performance like that, the concern that they showed for our items that I give them a 5 star AWESOME review.”
