I don't know why they did not replace frigerator door but he did state that model number was not coming up or could not be found. Which they could have called me and we could work out something.”
“My husband (Brian Smith) and i rented a storage space in Norfolk, 625 Campostella Road and we were greeted by a young lady named Brittany Ford who was the most pleasant employee we have seen in a long time. She was very wise and answered and gave us all the proper information we needed. I asked to use the bathroom it was so nice and clean and even smelled pleasant. It was our pleasure to have such a lovely person to deal with who was polite and helpful as it is our first time renting a storage so we were unknowledgeable as to how it worked abut she made us feel very comfortable and assured us that our things would be safe. “Utilized them back in September 2020 for PCS orders to Japan. They arrived between the two-hour window, but still apologized for tardiness. The two movers greeted me upon entry, as well as introduced themselves. They wore masks in my home. They carefully and strategically packed my belongings. I wish I remembered their names so I can personally give them praise, but it was so long ago and moving was so stressful that I completely forgot to leave this review. I wish I utilized this company for my HHG and not just my express items. When I received my belongings, everything was in the same condition as when I packed it. I would like to use this company for personal moves in the future!”
