I came in the next day to put a few items in the unit and stuck my head in the office to introduce myself and the gentleman behind the counter said, “are you Mr. Smith and I said yes. He walked me to my new unit and made sure we had everything we needed. I was so nice to be greeted so quickly and shown around. Excellent customer service!!!”

“Dry van driver. Had absolutely no issues with this place. Check in to loaded and gone in about an hour. Friendly and professional staff. Must be out of truck to get loaded but never seen the problem with that, personally, I would rather watch every load get loaded/unloaded that way you can spot damages”

“My U-Haul reservation was switched from one location to this location. This was my first experience at this location. Although the customer service rep was out one day I did leave messages and didn't get a return phone call because of that. However the next business day I did receive a return call verified the information for the different reservation place and explained why. I found this customer service rep to go above and beyond accommodating me she was very friendly very informative it was a quick process. I will say though that this particular U-Haul that I picked up was one of the dirtiest U-Hauls that I had used. But with that being said I returned the U-Haul cleaner than what I received it. One thing that I noticed with all U-Haul rentals the company forgets to clean the inside of the windshield they're always dirty and hard to see out of. With that being said I would still rent from this particular location again.”

“I would like to say as a trucking company. This is a place that I love loading and unloading from. The staff and management are some of the best in the business. If you are looking to store products or cross dock from one truck to another in the Norfolk area you should call Paden cold storage first. Do not make a mistake in calling the cooperate freezers first. This one is family owned and operated you will not find better services. They Steve Shari and Gaylon are the best in the game. Then the amazing staff they have will blow your mind on how professional and knowledgeable they are Pam, Sara, Johnny, Cynthia, Mike, Josh and Shannon do an amazing job in the office and on the docks. This place is one of the best in my opinion. There’s names that I didn’t mention that are also great. Thanks again Paden cold storage”
