About Ocean View Shopping Center
Ocean View Shopping Center is a convenient neighborhood destination with a variety of stores and eateries, including Harris Teeter, Domino's, Subway, Burger King, McDonald's, KFC/Taco Bell, and Ocean View Hardware. It also features a liquor store, Doug's Hot Dogs, and a Subway shop, making it easy to find groceries, food, and essentials in one place. However, the area faces challenges such as panhandlers and homeless individuals in the parking lot, and concerns about safety and cleanliness. Despite these issues, the shopping center provides average prices and a good spot to shop locally without traveling far. The overall atmosphere is impacted by nearby city problems, including street repairs and litter.

This isn't really a shopping center you'd expect in a beach area, more of a suburban collection of food spots, tobacco. Booze etc. The surrounding area is mostly restaurants and 711's so it offers slightly more than that. Don't expect anything like a tourist draw, wandering shops - its not that.
