Autumn was extremely attentive and truly the perfect person to help me. She answered all of my question, was so kind, insightful and helped me match the perfect colors no matter how long it took.
There was a girl with long brown hair who helped me the second time and she was also fantastic along with a guy who was extremely friendly. They all made me feel welcome and were eager to help me.

“I called Spectrum Paint in Virginia looking for some help finding a painter, and I ended up speaking with Jay, who honestly set a new bar for what great customer service should look like. She wasn’t just polite, she was genuinely helpful.
Jay went out of her way to track down referrals for me, made sure I had all the right contacts, told me to call back if I didn’t get through to anyone, and even followed up with an extra number later on her own initiative. You rarely see that kind of follow-up or care anymore.
She turned what could’ve been a quick, forgettable call into one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with any supplier. If every business had someone like Jay at the front line, customer service standards would be a lot higher.
