Jay went out of her way to track down referrals for me, made sure I had all the right contacts, told me to call back if I didn’t get through to anyone, and even followed up with an extra number later on her own initiative. You rarely see that kind of follow-up or care anymore.
She turned what could’ve been a quick, forgettable call into one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with any supplier. If every business had someone like Jay at the front line, customer service standards would be a lot higher.

“I’ve used this location since 2011 and the service there has always been awesome. A new home later and I go in today to needing paint to touch up areas in a very special room to us. The builder didn’t leave anything for me to use and all I walked in with was the color type. After talking with the experts there I walked out with paint and a new set of suggestions to help make for a seamless chore. Paint was spot on, pun intended, and now that everything has dried you can’t see the multiple areas I had to focus on. If this hadn’t worked it would have looked like my room had a case of the pox.
