  1. Spectrum Paint - 2000 Colonial Avenue

2000 Colonial Avenue, Norfolk VA 23517

    5 Superb 36 reviews

“This place was great! Jessica and Kim were both extremely helpful. I came in right at the end of the day and Jessica was so wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed. She was so thoughtful about color matching my sample, making sure we got the sheen exactly right, and making sure it all mixed well. There were two of us there right before closing trying to grab a bunch of stuff and she did such a great job at handling all of our needs and calmly turning away the many, many people who kept trying to come in after closing. I came back the next day because Jessica took such great care of me and I also met Kim, who was equally fabulous. I had picked out a color that I loved for my exterior doors, but it only came in interior paint and I needed exterior. She offered to color match and then helped me find a standard exterior color that was exactly what I needed. I’m never going to Lowe’s or Home Depot for paint again.”

“I was at Sherwin williams this morning looking for a kind of paint, Kaitlyn asked what I needed and she started to look for it, then she found out that she only had 3 gallons, shee call other stores to see if they have it and she was willing to bring it to me once she get it from the other store, that's something that as far as I know they wouldn't do it. At the end I decided to go with different finish, she looked for closest store to me and called them and said can you make this color for a customer and have it ready for him please. I really appreciate people like that! All Sherwin williams stores should have a Kaitlyn lol!”

“I work for CertaPro Painters locally. Benjamin Moore always offers great service, but I have to call out Kim for going above and beyond. She was feeling under the weather but still met me with a smile and a great attitude. As busy as she was, she took the time to do research for me to make sure I had everything I need for our project. Ben Moore is lucky to have her.”
