Customer service has been incredible and this whole process of getting a storage unit has been seamless. Brenda and Karen have been so nice and helpful. So grateful I went with Public Storage, especially at this location!

This was my first time renting a unit here with my girlfriend and the lady at the desk (Brenda) was very helpful. She went all the way with me to the unit to show me how to install the lock when I told her I couldn’t figure it out. Very pleasant experience!

Rats. There are rats and rat traps everywhere in the climate controlled units. Rats have ruined everything not sealed in airtight containers. Insurance will not cover rats. Absolutely disgusting.

Ms. Brenda was the best. She assisted in setting up information so I would have better transactions when calling in due to unit takeover after the death of the owner.

This was the first time I used public storage, and was totally impressed from customer service to the ease of access and security of the unit, reusable lock and pest control!!

Please do not rely on the posted hours if you want to go inside and talk to someone or buy boxes, supplies etc etc. i walked there on 3 different occasions and the door was locked! Please post the correct hours

just recently helped my girlfriend move out of her unit here after having it over summer break and we are appalled by the state of the unit. from rat poop and urine to even roaches crawling in the unit if your looking for the opportunity to bring some roaches home on your property then i recommend getting a unit here other than that i can’t stress it enough to take your money elsewhere
