They're closing the store permanently so stock is low but employees still try to be helpful. Could have done a better job on notifying pharmacy customers and informing them on the status of ongoing prescriptions .

Rite aid pharmacy on Tidewater Dr is slow sometimes taking 2-3 days to get a prescription filled. Had to hassle them several days to get my prescription that I had to take before my surgery otherwise it would have been delayed

I go out of my way to get my yearly vaccinations at this location. The staff is super friendly, professional, quick, knowledgeable, and the young woman who administers the shots does it in a way that leaves me with minimal soreness.
