Royal Farms is a wonderful establishment with great people and cheerful, helpful staff. The building is very inviting and very clean. Customers report outstanding service, with staff described as always friendly, outgoing, empathetic, kind, and accommodating, even during busy times. They work really hard and provide great customer service.
The location offers quite the selection for a snack run, with a huge variety of snacks, candy, and sunflower seeds in many different flavors. The variety is more abundant than other standard gas station stores. The fried chicken is hot and delicious, and items like a mocha with vanilla caramel creamer receive high praise. While sometimes specific items like western fries may be out, the staff makes due with good substitutes like pretty good mashed potatoes.
Prices are pretty typical for a gas station store. The primary criticism mentioned is the removal of stools for customers to eat. Overall, it is a great place highly recommended for a nice snack or drink.
Best chicken ever!!!! Homeless are bothersome at times but they are close to the Union Mission so that is to be expected

The bathrooms were not taken care of. Every stall was a mess. Only one soap dispenser had soap as well. However, all of the staff are very kind and pleasant to speak and checkout with. I hope that the next time I return the bathroom will be taken care of better.

I came for the gas and I came back for Miss Cee!!! She’s so funny and kind to everyone I’ve ever seen her encounter with whether there’s one person in line or 10. She’s Always got a smile and an ask me how my day is And that means a lot
