“I wanted a phone I had brought to have the same phone as a phone I had drowned and the girls there helped me every way they could, but I couldn't remember my 8 digit pin. We finally decided to set up a different account and they helped me out with a pin I can never forget! They are wonderful! But they told me that their bosses got upset if anyone waited for their Lyft inside the store. Apparently, they think it looks suspicious for a 70 yr old lady to wait inside for her ride.”

For years, I've been locked out of my account (one-time payment every month!) because I forgot my pin. The employee on the phone said I had to reset it in person, the employee at the nearest store said I had to go to a different type of store, etc etc, etc. At one point, a store employee had even tried to send me back to the phone line.
The buck stopped at THIS store! Yes, it's the correct type of store...and it also has the perfect employee! Briana took ownership of the situation and fixed so many layers of issues with such a steady, reassuring vibe that I feel she should be a surgeon instead!”
“I’ve been coming here quite recently for Pokemon cards, and while I don’t like the limitations or the price gouging myself (not that the store employees have any say on that anyways), I can say that this store isn’t like ones I visited before for Pokemon. I came in a few weeks ago during the phantasmal flames stock, and I had no issues with any of the staff. They seemed genuinely interested in keeping everything nice and organized, I know from back when I used to work in retail years ago it’s not always easy dealing with hordes of people first thing in the morning, but they do it kindly.”

I am not the 2st nor the last to complain bout him. This store will not make any money”
