It is located in a safe part of town, close to a lot of food options and hotels, with a public parking garage right across the street. The staff handles the crowd outstandingly, primarily enforcing policies when safety is a concern. Some note that for certain shows, you may need to remove items like spikes before entering. While the venue is highly praised, on some occasions it can seem oversold. Overall, it is considered the best venue to see a concert.
