“The Neon House is an indoor wedding venue. From the beginning, Marcy curated a custom menu for us which fit our budget and theme (A merging of two cultures). We worked with Mandi and Heather throughout the process and they were amazing with answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed for our wedding. All of my guests told me this was the best wedding food they ever had. People loved the proximity of the venue to hotels and I even had guests who could walk to their hotels after the wedding. Valet was professional and went off without a hitch. I was originally nervous about the valet from the previous reviews but one of my guests told me he was impressed that a valet attendee could drive his manual car. My only feedback would be that the cake was a little slow to come out and a lot of my guests weren’t served cake if they were on the dance floor. Other than that, it was a close to perfect night. I would definitely recommend The Neon House for those who want an unforgettable wedding.”

“Too bad I can't give 10 stars!! So I had my wedding and family dinner/reception here. It was beautiful! The space is stunning without a lot of extra decorations. The staff was communicative throughout the whole process. They were respectful, patient, kind, efficient, professional, and helpful. They all genuinely seemed happy to provide top notch service. The event turned out lovely. The food was chefs kiss!!! Personally I had the crab cakes, nothing but lump meat. My mouth is watering just thinking about it lol. The cheesecake was perfect. The bartender was patient and resourceful and was excellent at his job. I will be back to eat here again. Count on it.”

“Came here August 10th for WWE Raw! My dad's in a wheelchair and the scope accommodated him accordingly. it was his 80th birthday. I bought seats 2 months prior. We got our seats which somebody was in so they sat us next to those seats. I went to go get some drinks and I come back and somebody's in my seat! I went to get a refund. Due to good customer service they found me new seats which was better then my old seats. The Scope is AWESOME. I've been coming here since 1979! A+ service”

I was super stressed with juggling my graduation and trying to plan a party for my son whose birthday falls on Mother's Day weekend ! After reaching out and speaking with them I had a date set, theme picked and a moment to breathe as they ensured they had me covered ! The party was a success and the decor was perfect! To see my baby excited and happy about his paw patrol party highlighted the moment and made it extra special. And his guests had a ball ! Again thank you so much and we will be in touch !!”

“We arrived 2 hours passed our boarding time. Our Uber driver unloaded my wife's walker. There was a porter there immediately to assist but what was truly surprising and very welcomed was a gentleman with a wheelchair who showed up w/o us making any requests. My wife told him she felt comfortable making the walk to the terminal. He was very polite and told us he will be able to take us all the way onboard with minimum delays. AND he delivered. I misplaced our boarding passes in my rush to drive to the airport. There was a Carnival employee who verified our identities using our passport. Received printouts from a portable device. And just like that we're onboard ! ? ? ? ? ? ?”

“The NORVA is good sized place for a concert. The acoustics in this place are great! The place to sit is limited which is understandable as its a place where folks attend concerts. Security is great and bags get checked. They serve pizzas inside and an array of drinks. Parking is either in the garages or on the street. Earplugs can be helpful if the music is loud. Try to attend the concert from the balcony which gives a better view!”

“The City Cruise / Spirit of Norfolk was very nice. The boat cruised from 3-5 p.m. and left on time. There was a nice breeze and the weather was absolutely gorgeous. The food offered was Buffet style with 3 meat sides, pasta dishes, salad greens, roasted corn and potatoes and mixed vegetables and warm rolls with butter. There were also desserts and mixed fruit. Some of the food was over cooked and without any seasoning which was a bit disappointing. There was a DJ who played a nice variety of music. Overall the early dinner cruise was nice and relaxing.”

“So I am visiting Norfolk attending a conference. I drove in like another parking lot not paying attention that they have valet but I saw a space open and was headed there. Now this is my review before checking out. I have 3 more days to be here. A valet named Keyon ran over to me and explained the services that they offered and after going through the day I had and how late it was he was very helpful and patient so I decided to use their valet service. I did not and cant walk long distances and the parking garage was a good walk away. I asked well what do you guys do when a disabled person like myself shows up. Well duh valet it is, huh. I was to much in pain and exhausted to further investigate but Keyon went above and beyond to help me with my bags and explain the steps to activate the valet service. Oh, and the beds are the best.”
