“The Neon House is an indoor wedding venue. From the beginning, Marcy curated a custom menu for us which fit our budget and theme (A merging of two cultures). We worked with Mandi and Heather throughout the process and they were amazing with answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed for our wedding. All of my guests told me this was the best wedding food they ever had. People loved the proximity of the venue to hotels and I even had guests who could walk to their hotels after the wedding. Valet was professional and went off without a hitch. I was originally nervous about the valet from the previous reviews but one of my guests told me he was impressed that a valet attendee could drive his manual car. My only feedback would be that the cake was a little slow to come out and a lot of my guests weren’t served cake if they were on the dance floor. Other than that, it was a close to perfect night. I would definitely recommend The Neon House for those who want an unforgettable wedding.”

“The service that Elevate provided was amazing! I was a part of the planning for an engagement, as well as the caterer for the event and the Elevate staff made the process so smooth. The owners and employee were great to work with and responded to our event request in a timely manner. We were able to tour the space and book it right away. We were not required to set up or break down anything, that was already handled by the staff. With bringing in our own food, they were able to accommodate us. I also forgot a few of my supplies so they loaned me theirs. The space is great for intimate gatherings and not to mention that you get the upstairs and downstairs when booking. Great experience!”

“is VFW is the gold standard of VFW should be. Came in here a couple weeks ago and everybody was so friendly. I’ve been back twice and hands-down one of the best VFW’s I’ve been to. Big shout out to the kitchen for some delicious chicken wings.”

“I saw Lauren Daigle at Chartway. It was a very Inspirational experience. You could feel Her Love for the Lord. All the workers there were helpful in assisting Me to get where I needed to go. I was alone and had never been there before, so I was put at ease. I hope to see Lauren again at Chartway.”

“My sister and I were in town for the Virginia International Tattoo festival last April. We had such a great time with the multiple outside vendors and the actual show. It was our first time attending and we were impressed with the various US military groups and from other countries like Canada, France, South Korean Army (Hoshi! ), to name a few. The actual arena had seats that were comfortable enough. Just a little confusing with the numbering/arrangement of the seats. Restrooms were clean. We Ubered to the place so we really don't know about the parking situation.”

Society last night. I’ve had a number of health problems that Make it difficult for me to stand for long periods of time. The NorVa is very sensitive to the needs of disabled attending events. The took me to the second floor via an elevator and they have a special roped area for people needing chairs because of a disability. And they let your guest (my spouse) stand behind my chair. Now with the seats the view wasn’t the best but we were sitting right above the stage and for the most part I could see the lead singer all the time.”

“I can not thank the pink roller for the amazing job they with my sons 2nd birthday !! I was super stressed with juggling my graduation and trying to plan a party for my son whose birthday falls on Mother's Day weekend ! After reaching out and speaking with them I had a date set, theme picked and a moment to breathe as they ensured they had me covered ! The party was a success and the decor was perfect! To see my baby excited and happy about his paw patrol party highlighted the moment and made it extra special. And his guests had a ball ! Again thank you so much and we will be in touch !!”

“We arrived 2 hours passed our boarding time. Our Uber driver unloaded my wife's walker. There was a porter there immediately to assist but what was truly surprising and very welcomed was a gentleman with a wheelchair who showed up w/o us making any requests. My wife told him she felt comfortable making the walk to the terminal. He was very polite and told us he will be able to take us all the way onboard with minimum delays. AND he delivered.
I misplaced our boarding passes in my rush to drive to the airport. There was a Carnival employee who verified our identities using our passport. Received printouts from a portable device. And just like that we're onboard !

“Who doesn't love bowling? They updated where they put the tables and chairs. They're far away from the lanes and all crowded together. You wind up being in the walkway.”

“I could not rate the rooms because I did not stay there. I dropped my daughter off to her prom. The only reason I took away a star is because the parking and pick up/drop off area was so congested and confusing. There was nowhere to park and at times it was hard to tell exactly where one was supposed to be to pickup and drop off. I ended up going out of the way because the attendant told me I couldn't pick up from the spot I was in. When I did the loop I couldn't find anywhere to park so I could call or text my daughter and tell her I was there so I had to turn off on some side street, go all the way down and come back up. Otherwise, it appears the kids had a nice time and from the pictures I could tell it was a nice venue.”

“Room was large and well equipped for a long stay. Everything worked and it was cleaned before arrival. The front desk was friendly, fast and professional. They also have a great gym and outdoor grilling area. It’s not a hotel I would stay in for a few nights on vacation with my family but I will request it with through my company for work out of town.”
