“Decent pricing and the guy behind the counter came to my rescue when a homeless man tried to harass me in the store to buy him cigarettes. I only deduct a star because the atmosphere just seemed uncomfortable. I can't tell if that is due to management or location, but I wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible just because of that alone, much less the man who hovered over me and badgered me to buy tobacco for him. I am grateful that the cashier came to my defense and stood up for me though.”
“After checking out Naval Station Norfolk, my boyfriend and I checked out the Norfolk Main Navy Exchange (NEX). If you've never been, it's like a department store! They sell everything from clothing and accessories (including hats, scarves, jewelry, handbags), electronics, cookware, seasonal decorations (including christmas trees and nutcrackers), and more. My boyfriend was in search of a beanie while I was in search of a cool-looking Navy shirt. We found a nice beanie but not a cool-looking Navy shirt. However, I'll admit that the Hard Rock Cafe Navy hat was kind of cool!”
