“5 stars
Jingles was best customer service associate. Would give 10/5 stars if possible.
Also human customer service is bomb too. And product pricing and selection.
Also, I’m not sure of the cat’s name but Jingles it is.”
“Eli is the best! Recommended exactly what I was looking for and then more fun goodies to try. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Definitely check this place out. Somker's World is LEGIT!”
“10/10 recommend this place for all your needs! Moe will hook you up and get what you need and Karly is so sweet & always has the place smelling so good. They treat their regulars so well! Top notch, the place to go for any smoking/vaping needs annnnd they’re open early :)”
“From day one till this day today this is the only place I will go for things in need of . Raw cones which the absolute best price you’ll get anywhere, and I have a preference and Epic Vapor is the only place I can find the specific ones I love . The vaporizers are a win win especially in the economy now days everything is so ridiculously priced not at epic vapor .
The atmosphere I absolutely love anytime I’ve walked into the shop always so nice and welcoming. Great customer service and nicely mannered peopled working . Definitely recommend this place to a lot of my friends it’s a must that you check them out and I promise you will be 100 % satisfied with the amazing service you receive.”
“They have a bunch of cool stuff & good smokes too ... they might seem like they rush to get you in and out of the store but that just how they are if you can deal with that you should be good they have it all”
“The owner is an incredibly nice and helpful man and so is the staff. They helped me find a gift for a friend and they had inventory that other places didn’t so I really appreciate that I was able to get my friend their perfect gift.
Amazing experience, definitely would recommend
My only caveat is that they don’t have a larger lounge section that there is no in store bar however, I understand it is a retail space so there are some limitations to that, but if they ever choose to expand to their own building and make those choices I’m sure try would constantly be packed.
The ambience is amazing and the staff makes it worth it. Great selection, check them out!”
“Great experience here! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The store itself is clean, neat, and has a very good selection. Highly recommend checking them out!”

“Unbelievable great customer service.
I posted a negative review about one of the vapes I bought. It burnt out right away. Without me even complaining or contacting them, they contacted me. Said it was free in 3 different ways of my choice. Surprised me. I wasn't expecting to hear anything back. All businesses should do businesses like these guys. Very impressed, I'm now a loyal customer. Thank you.”
“The best guest experience I’ve had at a vape store. The guys working really care about your moneys worth and getting you what you need. Very friendly and know me by my name. You don’t get that kind of service everywhere you go”
“You can find any kind of Wine, champagne. (New update) 5 years ago they were good they probably still good but experience wise not good. But as i see today SOME OF EMPLOYEES getting paid by chatting each others. Instead of helping the pick up area while customers waiting 10 min someone to assist.”
“This shop is awesome! They always have exactly what I'm looking for, and the staff is fantastc including the resident cat, who definitely deserves an employee of the month award! 🐈 Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and makes every visit enjoyable. One of the best parts is that they open at 8:00 a.m., which is super convenient. Plus, you can grab a snack and a drink while you're there, making it a one-stop shop. If you haven't checked this place out yet, you're missing out. I highly recommend stopping by!”
“One of the best shops in the area. They also just did a major renovation on the inside which is very cool and up-to-date for all of your c b d and marijuana needs. They are the only shop in Hampton Roads that carries my vape juice. The owner is very pleasant and always attentive to his customers when he is there. He has multiple staff members and they are all very well trained. Always the cheapest spot to get your items you need.”
“Christine is cool as hell! Was a joy to get the low down on all things pipe tobacco, an intro course, explanation of the three main different types of tobacco, smell the difference, look at all the tools, pipes, cleaners, just a super cool intro course. You can tell she genuinely loves it and is passionate about sharing her expertise and knowledge. Looking forward to a third Monday pipe night!”
“Best prices in town!! Sign up for their reward program, it definitely pays off!! Amazing staff, always stock on any flavor you might be looking for... Definitely recommend”
“Brandon is very knowledgeable about everything that’s in that store and helps me out every time. I have a question just want managers to know what a great job that young man is the reason I come back across town and do business here.”
“Great company Nick is the best had a few questions about an item they had in stock and he answered everything and even threw in some freebies with my first online order! Will be back”
“Ray's the best type of good people. Variety enough that if they don't have it? You don't need it. Best smoke shop I've dealt with out of over 100+ locally. Highly recommended and well worth the drive.”
“Always my favorite place to go for all my smoking needs. The staff is always so friendly and nice. Morgan Bri Richie I love y’all…. Heyyy Corey also my favorite he’s been around since the beginning just one big happy family here.”
“I stop in every now and again when my closer shop runs out of whatever I’m looking for. Owner is so kind and caring and is there a lot so you can tell he really takes a lot of pride in this business which is so refreshing to see and support.
ALLLLL of the employees have always been kind to me while being knowledgeable, and passionate about what their doing and their role in this company. This is a great shop all around!!! 5 stars :)”
“Billy was extremely helpful. I came in with really no idea what I was looking for aside from a suggestion from a friend. I explained to Billy why I came into the store and he took the time to really break things down for me in a way that was really easy to understand. He made several recommendations but wasn't pushy at all. He even checked my account for rewards points, which I was able to use. Billy treated me with respect and compassion. I really needed that.”
“I love both VB and Norfolk locations! Very Personable, patient and advice in choices of your purchase! I would never shop outside of them! ? satisfied as always!?”
“Really appreciate the employee Rose! Bought a product that was not working properly. Gave the store a call the next day and explained how the taste was off and the pull was weak, she told me to bring it in. She had a look at it and was able to replace it for me! She really emphasized helping the customer to the best of her ability and I appreciate that so much!”
“One of the best clothing stores around!
Great selection, excellent quality, and fair prices.
Highly recommend supporting this business thanks Moe for everything”
“Found everything I needed and they always have so many new items. The customer service llinana provided was amazing. I would never go to a different smoke shop again.”
“I love to shop here since I moved to this side of town now they provide me with my vape needs each ,customer service is awesome, sweet, and their pets are friendly and loves to lick my hand .Go check out great flowers”
“I drive all the way from the Oceanfront for my vapes & smokes. This establishment is run and owned by a wonderful man. The selections & prices are unbeatable. I suggest everyone shop here rather than other places run by incompetent, price gauging children (21 and older with minds of 11 year olds). In my opinion, there isn’t any other smoke shop in Hampton Roads (Virginia Beach) that are worth frequenting!”
