About University Apartments
University Apartments is a well-maintained community that provides a clean and quiet living experience for its residents. Maintenance is prompt when called, and the management team takes great care of the apartments and grounds. However, some residents have expressed concerns about the utility billing system, which can result in late fees if payments are not made by the 5th of the month. Additionally, some residents have reported safety issues, such as car break-ins, on the property. Despite these challenges, the overall consensus is that University Apartments is a good choice for those looking for a well-managed and well-maintained apartment community.

For the most part it’s very quiet anytime I have an issue I get a quick response handle immediately. My neighbors are quiet and friendly.

The apartments are nice, but if you’re expecting a helpful front office you can forget it.

Having been at another S.L.Nusbaum community, before I moved here, I knew that management takes care of their residents, apartments and grounds very well. I knew when I moved here it was the right choice. Excessive noise is never tolerated, and maintenance is fast and professional. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
