“Great renovated building downtown. It's a bit pricey, but you are paying for the modern look and prime location. The only downside is the parking situation. Still, it's downtown and you probably won't need a car if you work nearby.”

“I have been here for 7 months and I haven't had too many issues. I have never been in a complex where the staff is above average. Even with my personal life issues the property manager has been working with me every step and is by far one of the best that I have dealt with. I am extremely thankful for the staff for what they have done and couldn't ask for anyone better. Thank you for everything! Keep up with the great work to the office staff and mantiance staff!”

“Living in Norfolk was not the most pleasant experience for us after moving from DC because of the type of city. However, choosing 201 made our transition so much easier, warmer, and more beautiful.
The entire staff was absolutely incredible — truly beyond excellent. If you want to live well and peacefully in Norfolk, this is the place.
It has been the best place I’ve lived since moving to the U.S. I miss everything about it — the apartments, the atmosphere, and especially the amazing staff.

“We have lived at Colony Point Apartments for almost 7 years and find it a great place to live as a retired couple. The location is convenient to shopping and bus line (if needed) with safe and lovely places to walk. The office staff, maintenance guys and housekeeping ladies are friendly and do a great job in keeping our complex looking great. We also enjoy our lovely pool and grilling area and gym (which I should use more!)”

“I enjoyed my time living at Metro. While I found the application process to be somewhat difficult and frustrating, Shannon made everything smooth and easy. Whenever I had maintenance issues, they were addressed promptly, unless parts were needed, in which case, there was a short delay. Overall, I had a positive experience living there.”
“I would like to say I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Pilot place. The property manager, Kim, has been AMAZING!!! I came to this property at least four times to decide where me and my family were going to live. Kim was patient and kind every time I came. I am sure I was becoming annoying after the fifth apartment tour but she stayed calm and professional and made me feel valued. We have made the decision to move here and Kim has definitely made the choice easier.”
“We toured the apartments today, and I believe the young lady who assisted us was Aubrey. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She smiled the entire time and made us feel comfortable throughout the tour.
Aubrey was very knowledgeable and took the time to give us all the details we needed to really consider the property and make an informed decision. We’re still planning to look at a few other places, but because of her exceptional customer service and hospitality, this property is definitely in our top three.
Sometimes the person showing you the property can make just as much of an impression as the property itself and Aubrey absolutely did that for us. She was sweet, informative, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with.

“Kevin Deontte is the only technician that could fix a difficult AC unit. It almost caught on fire last technician fix it, and could not maintain temperature. Also, Stanley very difficult working with. Kevin is the only maintenance technician i can trust to fix my AC unit. Stanley also needs customer service training on how to treat long term tenants with some respect, and stop trying to ask stupid questions that make him look like a clown.”

“We would like to thank the phenomenal staff from the Element at Ghent Janice, Harley, Karen and John. They have been a positive staple for our family. We have spent the past 4 years as a resident with our children and they have made our time there special. We hate having to leave but our children are moving on to college and time has flown by. We love y’all and wish y’all the best. We have enjoyed all of the GREAT parties! This is the best family community. We have always felt safe and appreciated. Any maintenance request no matter how small was handled with urgency. We will miss you all and we will stop by from time to time just to check on y’all. Love y’all”
