Just waiting for the someone people were talking about how their mail has been on hold for weeks, that they’ve been sent to/from several different locations, and how poor customer service has been. I came here because I haven’t gotten mail in weeks after buying a home after being directed to a diff location, then was quickly dismissed. I had to reiterate that I need to know where my mail is, ppl expect important things and for USPS to be short staffed (probably underpaying ppl) or taking upset customer complaints personally and giving them a hard time, it NOT ok.

Not very nice people….. they said they attempted to deliver my package but no one showed and I paid for the package he’ll be delivered so I can have it for somebody’s birthday dinner so I went up there after going online and seeing it was temporarily closed because I was at the gas station across the street and I was seeing people go in and out and the lady name, Winther Lorraine was really nasty over the intercom, not trying to assist me at all

Terrible location. They repeatedly sort stuff into the wrong area and now I have important documents missing and won’t tell me when I’ll have them. System now says it is in Richmond after being in Norfolk and then sent on an adventure around NC and now to Richmond. I need my mail!!!!

In case anyone is wondering, no the number still doesn’t connect to anyone. It just stays busy, has for over a year according to the reviews.
No way to get a hold of anyone to figure out what is going on with our LIVE animals, that are likely deceased now due to absolutely terrible protocols. Do better.

Don’t bother coming to this location for any passport services. I had ALL documents completed and photocopies in hand, money order done. All I needed was my picture and to do the oath. Was 3 minutes late to my 15 minute appt (gps took me to the back parking lot) and was told “I can’t fit you in”. Becky stood up for me and said “she has everything done, she just needs her picture taken”. The other lady said I don’t have time. Mind you my full appt is 15 minutes so that doesn’t make sense. Told me to go to the court house. Went there and waited 2 hours in line and was done in 5 minutes because all of my stuff was already completed. They are just lazy there, mind you the office was EMPTY. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!

USPS website states passport walk ins M-F 930-11. 0 people in line at this location, I am literally the only person here and they refused to provide the service they say they offer. No supervisor to be found. One can only hope this disgrace of a organization becomes privatized and fixed. What a poorly run location.

This post office has had items that I needed delivered for going on two weeks. I’ve tried calling and I get no answers. No tracking updates since 3/24. I just had another item go to this post office today unfortunately and I sadly don’t expect for these items to be delivered.

Fantastic service from a short bubbly red haired clerk who processed my customs form quickly and got my box on its way to my deployed loved one. Excellent customer service!

We get no mail for one to two days a week. I have complained on more than one occasion. It continues happening. Some of us still rely on the mail to receive our pay. It sucks having to wait because the mail carriers decide not to deliver on any given day

Had a package shipped from overseas before the sender even came back into the states all of the address was completely correct in their system but they're saying it's not. Seems like someone done stole my package this post office sucks.. the postmaster is the worst as well no help at this office at all just usless

This distribution center is lousy.... they always make a my delivery's a day or 2 days late!!! Ridiculous!
