i tried calling them about my package that was far from late but they haven't answered my calls even on business hours. i regret even ordering my package at all.

Horrible experience. customer service is awful. this should be considered neglect. they do NOT answer the phone, they haven’t even updated the status or the preparing of delivery and it should’ve been delivered 5 days ago. i hope my packages/future mail NEVER get sent to this distribution center again.

Customer service is horrible. nobody picks up. my package has been sitting at the distribution center for over 4 days now with NO change. it was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago and they haven’t even prepared it for shipping yet. do NOT come here. you can’t even complain or check on your mail/package status.
