des at the front counter was hands-down the best usps worker i have ever met! they were incredibly helpful and not condescending like most workers tend to be. helped me find the mailer i needed and walked me through the payment process! i was having a bad day and des made it a little brighter. shout out des, and thank you!

Reliable and Essential, Gets the Job Done!
For the most part, the USPS is a service I genuinely rely on and appreciate. Giving it four stars because, let's be honest, they handle an incredible volume of mail and packages every single day, and more often than not, my letters and packages arrive where they need to go, safe and sound. The sheer reach they have, delivering to virtually every address in the country, is something that's easy to take for granted but is truly impressive.
For everyday mail, sending cards, and even many package shipments, they are usually my go-to. The price is generally fair, especially for the breadth of service provided. I've had countless positive interactions with my local carriers over the years – those folks work hard in all kinds of weather, and that dedication doesn't go unnoticed.
Of course, it's not always perfect. There can be the occasional hiccup with tracking updates or an unexpected delay, which can be frustrating when it happens. And sometimes a visit to the post office can involve a bit of a wait. But when you consider the massive scale of their operation, they do a remarkably good job.
Overall, the USPS is an essential service that, despite its imperfections, performs admirably. They connect us, deliver important documents, and bring those eagerly awaited packages. Definitely a solid and dependable option.

This is my neighborhood post office. I frequently go here, and have always had a good experience. The staff is professional, friendly and efficient.

My issue was a package was supposed to be delivered but was set as "undeliverable" even though I got my mail just fine. It wasn't a big package or anything either.
Service was helpful, don't rely on their phone number though, they won't answer. I called several times, even got directed to their number by the 1800 call center for assistance, but never got a person. The person there was super helpful though. I think the info given could have easily been provided over the phone by her or the call center rep(which they couldn't do apparently).
