This Walmart on Tidewater Dr in Norfolk is usually always .20 cheaper than anywhere that sells gas, so I try to fill up every time I go to Norfolk.

You CANNOT use your Walmart app for gasoline at the window. You CAN purchase anything else but not gasoline. Smilee is not rude only following rules. She is one that goes above and beyond in customer service (doing her job).
