I came into this location in the past and did not have the greatest experience, however I came in today and had an exceptional experience!
Was helped by the very handsome Dean and 2 gorgeous ladies, all had PERFECT customer service and professionalism. I will absolutely be back and really appreciated the service provided at this location.

For reference I came in between 3-4:30pm today.

Jules Marino was an excellent sales person who by asking just a couple questions led her to the perfect gift in the perfect price range. My daughter enjoyed every minute of the experience!”

“I wish I could give 10 stars. I was on vacation at Va. Beach (9/15/25) and was wanting a Pandora ring and bracelet. The first attempt was at the Lynhaven mall - terrible, but as soon as I stepped in this Pandora my man Joshua made up for all of that. He apologized for my bad experience at the other store and he proceeded to help me out with my first bracelet. He helped size me up and was really genuine and patient in helping me pick out my charms for the bracelet. I didn't feel rushed and his customer service was so on point that before I knew it i had spent almost $400 lol. It would have been more than that , if the rings I wanted was available. I also want to mention that while he was giving me an awesome Pandora experience he was helping four more ladies and he gave them the same superior customer service .Everyone was laughing and having a wonderful time, it was a really great ending to a vacation. To the owner/manager at this Pandora please give recognition to Joshua, he well deserves it. He is very knowledgeable about the products, he seemed to like his job and he cares about the customer. You probably should use him to train your not so nice associates, like the ones at Lynhaven mall. Thank you again Joshua and may God bless you !

“Shopped them over Christmas, but honestly a long overdue review of the location and brand. My family are big fans of Coach for decades.

Service is stellar at the Premium Outlets location. My son purchased a hang bag for his girlfriend. The selection was great and floor organized. The outlet prices are better than online I found this holiday season.

I would make Coach your definite stop when shopping the Norfolk Premium Outlets.”
