She was awesome 5 ⭐ custom service and then recommended I looked at the foam mattress and a bed that lifts for a better sleep based on a comment I made earlier. “Was on a consumer education adventure, as I was in need of replacing my 18 year old Serta mattress. Went to three different retailers, Mattress Savvy being the second. Got some great insight on really not liking the extra cooling models and really liking the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt soft. I went home and did some extra research that evening. Ended up going over to the Midlothian location to test a Serta I thought I would like. I'm glad I did...I didn't like it at all! Ended up purchasing the Tempurpedic. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional and convinced me to try things I would not have otherwise. Definitely recommend them!”

“The same set cost a lot more at other retail outlets. The table alone would cost $500 but did not come with chairs. It was sooo easy to assemble, very high quality & absolutely beautiful! Well worth the cost & then some! If anyone is interested, the Congress in 4 boxes and fits in any SUV. I was able to los the set in a 2012 Ford Edge which is a smaller SUV.”

“I'm currently trying to sleep on a Sleep Number bed, and am searching for a comfortable adjustable mattress. My old queen mattress was a double pillow top, which I had been unable to find untill I discovered the Mattress Factory.With a double sided mattress, you can flip the mattress over, and reduce wear and tear, and elongate the life of the mattress. They are also super comfy. When I bought the Kingsized Sleep number, I put the old queen bed in the guest bedroom. Every guest that has slept in there says that it is the most comfortable bed they have ever slept in.I love the fact that the mattress is manufactured right there onsight. Their prices are reasonable, and they carry the beloved dual pillow top in a King size.I'm looking forward to getting a good night's sleep again!The salesman was super friendly, and answered all of our questions. The store was nice, and they had a decent selection of beds.”

He told me he would call the next day that there were some dryers coming in in the range we were looking for. As soon as the dryers came in, Md called. I went by after work, paid for the dryer, and it's being delivered tomorrow! Totally painless experience! I'll be back if other appliances kick the bucket.”
