I hardly even had a mark afterwards and I bruise easily and have been brutalized by people taking blood in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and the whole thing was very quick and relatively painless!”

“Many of the reviews state that the front desk had an attitude, and don't get me wrong i thought the same thing when i went in to get lab work, but when the phlebotomist called my name, i saw it was the same lady that was sitting behind the desk. I asked her if she does both and she said yes they do a little bit of everything there. She was so nice and friendly-- and if i had to do both jobs i would be stressed too.
