“I hate needles, and I hate doing blood work. My veins are kinda hard to see, and can only be assessed in my knuckles which is quite painful. The lady doing my blood work this time was rather sweet, and accurate, only sticking me once, with the least pain I've ever experienced. Angie is quite skilled with a needle.”

“Obviously depends on who does your lab work but my technician was friendly and very good at taking blood. I hardly even had a mark afterwards and I bruise easily and have been brutalized by people taking blood in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and the whole thing was very quick and relatively painless!”
“Andrea is the best! I was very nervous because I have always had issues with people not being able to find my veins. She found it instantly and was very nice. The staff is nice as well. Did not wait long. Had a 9:15 appointment and was seen by 9:30.”
“I have had multiple blood draws done by Connie for complex lab kits. She is very detail oriented and ensures that all aspects of the lab kit are covered before sending it off. I feel confident using her anytime I have lab work that needs to be done outside of something like LabCorp or Quest.”

“So, thus far, I had a positive experience here, and I was, after reading the reviews, terrified to appear.
1) There wasn’t a long waiting period, and I was allowed in quickly after appearing for my appointment. The wait may have been only about 15 minutes.
2) They were kind and professional at the front desk.
3) The nurse or lab tech was friendly and swift with her work. She was thorough in cleansing the skin before drawing the blood. The needle almost did not hurt at all when inserted. I was in and out quickly.
4) The facility was clean and orderly.
I truly expected a disaster based on the reviews, and I can state that it wasn’t even crowded this Saturday when I appeared. Now, if they lose or mix up my blood work, I will update this review, but thus far, I don’t know just how representative the other negative experiences are-not to doubt someone else’s lived experience.”

“I have seen two of the male practitioners and have one seen one of the females. Specifically Ashleigh is now my primary care physician and she’s been nothing but accommodating, flexible and really open to my needs and questions. The portal allows me to send messages to her and the nurses and receive quick answers versus having to call and hope my messages get through. All in all, I’ve been pleased.”
