“Wow, was not expecting it to be that painless of a process!I called the day before to confirm my test requests had arrived. The receptionist was able to confirm, and let me know I should fast before arriving. They were very kind and helpful.I walked in today, and I just had to scan my QR code to check in, and they had all my information available.The nurse who drew blood was very kind, patient, and skilled. It was practically painless, and way quicker than I was expecting!The whole visit took less than 15 minutes.Highly suggest, will visit them again for future lab tests.”

“I had a good experience with this location for routine bloodwork. Easy check-in process (I made an appointment online and checked in with my phone). Very clean office and fairly short wait (under 15 minutes) at 2:45 pm on a Tuesday. They were kind to my pre-schooler who I had to bring along with me for my appointment. My recommendation is to park on the side of the building facing Midlothian Turnpike, as this entrance is the one the office is located near.”

“Friendly and efficient. I went to this lab as a walk-in around 9:40a on a Monday morning. Computerized check-in was a breeze, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. For those who are unsure, the entrance to this lab is in the back of the brick building through the doors on the left where the "Tuckahoe Building" sign is posted.”

“Obviously depends on who does your lab work but my technician was friendly and very good at taking blood. I hardly even had a mark afterwards and I bruise easily and have been brutalized by people taking blood in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and the whole thing was very quick and relatively painless!”

“Frenchie Burks was an AMAZING Phlebotomist, incredibly professional, and kind human. I called her on a Sunday to see her availability and she was able to come to my home the very next day to draw my blood. I am a notorious “hard stick” and phlebotomists have trouble finding a vein to draw my blood in every medical setting I’ve ever been in. I’ve been poked and prodded by EMTs, nurses, other phlebotomists, doctors, anesthesiologists, you name it, sometimes up to five times before they find a good spot. Frenchie took her time and felt for a good vein in multiple areas on both arms before sticking me. And she got the blood in one shot! Easy and painless. She was very professional and set my mind at ease, because I’m naturally stressed whenever I need to give a blood sample. She was done in less than 20 minutes. She even texted me later in the week to check up to ensure I had received my results. I would NEVER get that kind of personalized care from Labcorp. Thank you Frenchie! Highly recommended!”

“Check in at the kiosks is really easy. The admin staff were very helpful and kind. The lab tech that took my blood did great, I have fainted in the past but she kept me talked and I barely noticed anything. Overall good experience. The previous bad reviews could be valid but most of them are old and the staff here seem to be working hard to accommodate everyone!”

“I had a really positive experience and went at the recommendation of my husband who was referred by his primary MD. The testing was in a remarkable building with art and exercise equipment integrated into the work spaces of employees. The blood draw was efficient,but the color report I received was quite detailed. The follow-up with an RN for an hour on the phone to review results, look at inconsistencies and discuss areas of concern was engaging and assisted me with questions to take back to my MD. The RN is available, FREE, for ongoing coaching with health changes that for me include all the metabolic syndrome concerns. This will likely allow me to be mindful, and more assertive in terms of lifestyle changes and medication integration to prevent worsening.”
