“Convenient West End/ Henrico Doctors location. There was lots of parking and was seen exactly on time.. all of the staff were extremely professional, kind and pleasant. From registering at the front desk to the nurses and my physician, doctor Bagley…
Could not have had a better experience. I took my elderly mother there and felt very comfortable and pleased with her compassionate care.”

“I had a great experience at the Three Chopt location. It was clean, the people that work there are super friendly and my phlebotomist, Gloria, was extremely competent. I don't even have a bruise.”

“1. If you do not have another reason to go to St. Mary's, where this lab is located, find another location! A new building is being constructed, and I (along with at least ten other cars) spent 30 minutes circling around trying to figure out where to park.
2. The lab is in Suite 303 NORTH. This is not on the lab confirmation message. After parking, I ended up at Suite 303 South and was handed printed directions to Suite 303 North. This obviously happens a lot for them to have printed handouts ready and available!
3. Once I made it to the lab, the phlebotomist, Angie, was so kind and calming, and I barely felt the needle. She really turned around a stressful situation. Without her, this would have been a one or two-star overall experience.”

“Obviously depends on who does your lab work but my technician was friendly and very good at taking blood. I hardly even had a mark afterwards and I bruise easily and have been brutalized by people taking blood in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and the whole thing was very quick and relatively painless!”

“For the first time EVER, I did not pass out during a blood draw. I wish I got her name. Proficient, efficient, fabulous work. In and out. Very friendly. Get there early and you’ll be golden! Many thanks ya’ll :)

P.S. if you’re the gal who drew my blood, I’m rooting for you to get that chihuahua, girl!”

“I had a test kit that I could not go to Lapcorp for (my usual place for bloodwork) and after a failed mobile appointment (scheduled through another company) I got online to find a location that I could go to. Connie at Accu-Med was great! She was able to squeeze me in and she was very kind and I barely felt the needle stick!”

“Many of the reviews state that the front desk had an attitude, and don't get me wrong i thought the same thing when i went in to get lab work, but when the phlebotomist called my name, i saw it was the same lady that was sitting behind the desk. I asked her if she does both and she said yes they do a little bit of everything there. She was so nice and friendly-- and if i had to do both jobs i would be stressed too. Lets give everyone some grace!”

“I have seen two of the male practitioners and have one seen one of the females. Specifically Ashleigh is now my primary care physician and she’s been nothing but accommodating, flexible and really open to my needs and questions. The portal allows me to send messages to her and the nurses and receive quick answers versus having to call and hope my messages get through. All in all, I’ve been pleased.”
