Do not trust this car dealership as they will attempt to conduct what is called a bait and switch which is against federal law as defined by the Consumer Protection Finance Bureau (CPFB). They will extend an offer via the phone and or mail (which is the bait to lure customers in) and then attempt to refuse the original offer extended to come up with a new offer (switching the proposed terms). In addition, the inventory is part of a liquidation sale so if the company does go out of business within the next few months you would not be able to take the vehicle back to the dealership for repairs. Also, beware of promotions that this dealer offers as well as far winning any form of prizes as they will do the same thing. Offer a prize via mail and phone of which you have won but change the terms of the winnings in person to meet the needs of a sale. If you have recently went to this dealer please file a complaint immediately with the Consumer Protection Finance Bureau, Better Business Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission

Sold a car to me that was supposed to be certified inspected. Multiple dash lights on, needed an alignment. Their alignment machine wasn't working so I was told to bring the car back, and they'd schedule and take it to Firestone for the alignment. I've scheduled this 4 times now. The first two times, no one set the appointment. The third time I was told to "just come in because I wasn't on the schedule" the fourth time, I was expected to leave my car all day, because no appointment was made at Firestone. Service manager rushes conversation, doesn't listen to customer concerns, and is generally not a great guy to deal with. Communication is lacking, they don't check or inspect cars before selling, and lost keys to the car I traded in. Overall, the sales team is great. Nate especially. The service center, on the other hand, is terrible and seemingly uncoordinated and unorganized. Do not recommend.

I had a appointment from over a month ago. That I was told the day before wouldn't be happening and was only notified of this because I came to drop my vehicle off.I'm having a hard time understanding how I was never notified. This was gonna be a big present going into the new year. And simple communication ruined that . I've also gone in for a tire quote and left empty handed due to then being unable to find my profile or vehicle. Overall just not a good experience recently with va cars and I've gotten numerous work in the past.Services: Wheel alignment

My salesman Jamie sold me a lemon and VA cars is responsible for for selling bad to customers and not giving them an option to fix it but will take your money and run! And Jonah is the owner and does not keep his promises to fix people cars they are bad bad people buyers beware. They let my warranty expire and let my car sit for two months and then tell me they won't fix it! This is the WORST THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!! BUYERS BEWARE 2012 Hyundai Sonata these people can not be trusted at all. They don't have any integrity. Shame the take ADVANTAGE OF INNOCENT PEOPLE FOR THEYRE HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!
