“This has been my go-to OfficeMax and I’m yet to have a complaint about them. Today I had a particularly absent-minded day, which resulted in me forgetting my license at one of the machines and not realizing until hours later. When I tell you I was in full panic mode, because nobody wants to spend a day at the DMV if they can avoid it!
Meanwhile, despite it being hours later, the folks on duty were far more alert than I was. The minute I walked in, not one, not two, but three different associates recognized me as the person on the ID. They’d made sure to store it securely and reunited me with my license.

This time, I went in about 8 months pregnant trying to get something printed for my husband & an employee named Chris brought me a chair to sit down and be comfortable during my visit. He was also very persistent in trying to help me figure out how to get this specific job done for my husband and displayed kindness and patience even though I had no clue what I was doing lol. So thank you Office Depot once again for the amazing customer service!”
