“If you have an animal who needs a wash, GO HERE! They literally have everything you need---towels, shampoo, conditioner, ear wipes, various types of brushes, crates, blowdryers at the tub, and a separate blowdrying station. Just to make it even better, the employee on duty was an actual angel. She was friendly and knowledgeable, but she also was attentive to my dog. I have a senior dog who rushed down the steps and felt on the floor. She couldn't get up, and while I was in shock, the employee lept into action and made a sling for me with a towel. She escorted my baby to the cash register while I gathered my things and gave her a treat to help her feel better. I will 3000% be back, and be more diligent in guiding my dog down the stairs (she's perfectly fine btw).”

“Our dog Luca was found to have a mass in his ear. After speaking with Dogma, they found time to bring him in to have a bath before his surgical consultation. Even with his tender ear, they were able to schedule him and bathe him on his schedule. No rush, no pressure. I cannot say enough good things about every person at Dogma. How lucky we are to have found them.”

“I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dog Lovers Obedience School. My dog, Bingley, has grown enormously through all of the different types of training he’s received — from their excellent group classes (puppy, beginner, and intermediate) to the half-day training sessions he attends while I’m at work, and the board-and-train programs when I’m out of town. I’ve learned so much from their team as well. The trainers are patient, knowledgeable, and truly committed to each dog’s progress. I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

“Skoolz has been my main fish provider for the past decade. Over the years, I’ve seen them move locations and change staff, but the quality of their fish has remained excellent. Recently, the new store manager, Erik, has truly improved the aesthetics and organization of the store, making the shopping experience much easier for customers. If they dont have what you're looking for, they either will soon or can special order it.”

The staff listened to what we wanted and our boy came back looking so handsome. I love that they called to give us a "report card" on how he did so we can ensure his next grooming session is a success. “The people are great. They're always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They make it what it is. And they should be paid more for the work they do. According to the MIT Living Wage Calculator (look it up), a living wage in Richmond for a single person with no kids is $23.30 an hour. Petco starts employees at $13 to $14 dollars an hour. Associates can make almost $19 dollars an hour. Still below a living wage. So please, do the right thing and start your employees at $20 dollars an hour, and provide avenues to increase this to a living wage asap. It's the right thing do. Time to give your employees a five star wage.”

“We are happy customers and have been for almost 5 years. I understand that experiences and expectations are as unique as the people who describe them. That said, I have had only two issues and both were resolved...1. once I ordered chews that were supposed to be in 1lb bags. I received the correct # of bags, but 1/2lb bags. I contacted TBBS and got the remaining bags. 2.The second incident was bison ears. Had ordered these many times, but these were very different. They looked like cow ear pieces that had been dyed red, instead of the whole and pointy ears of previous orders, and nothing like the pic online. Worst of all, the dye would stain everything once our pups started to go to town on them. I left a product review, detailing my experience. Customer service rep responded and I received a full refund-I did not have to send anything back.I also had some minor incidents with a sale-priced item not being available within moments of receiving email notification. Customer service rep responded within hours and I received a link to a cart with the desired quantity of the sale item as well as an additional 15% off.Anytime I have contacted CS with a question, issue, comment, want, or need, I have gotten a response. We have 11 rescues...hubby had Ike and Tina when we met and now we are also Chuy, Cindi, Kurly, Larry, Moe, Blaize, Sox, Papi and Luci...TBBS goes a long way for us to be able to provide healthy chews for our pups...and with that many mouths to take care of, we heavily rely on TBBS sales and clearance chews. Additionally, they offer discounts for military, law-enforcement and first responders. Best-when something is already sale, or clearance priced, I still get my 15% discount. I usually buy enough for the free shipping and to qualify for 6 month interest-free payment with PayPal credit. If it is an epic sale, we usually stock up a lot. A few years ago, during the 12 days of Christmas sales, We bought enough to last for a year+Shipping is also always prompt and fast.Yes, I will count package content in the future, just to be sure. If anything is short, I don't need an option. A partial refund will be just fine. I would not expect them to incur additional expenses to just send 2 or 3 pieces. Important to me are where the items are sourced from. I don't want mystery chews and like the details provided on their product page.I have been to many other sites to compare prices. So far I have not found any better-priced sites.I am very happy that TBBS brought back Bully Bites. These are the odds and ends of varying thickness, lengths and density that are left over from making bully sticks. We just cannot afford to give each of our dogs a whole stick everyday. The bites have something for each one of our 9 to 90 pounders, that will satisfy their chewing cravings.Another top hit are the cow hooves. They were on sale at 50%off. These last for days and they all love them.Natural cow ears-I cut them with my circular saw. That way the drums go to our aggressive chewers and the others are able to deal with the thinner pieces. Our bully, Cindi, has mega esophagus. She can only eat very liquid foods or something very hard that only comes off in small bits so it doesn't get stuck and cause her to vomit...TBBS now also has a rewards program that basically gives you cash back in the form of $-off coupons. You can use these for yourself or gift them to a fellow pet lover.About the noxious odors of some items-yes, they are dried, but most are also raw...obviously, once pups are chewing on them, they re-hydrate and with that comes the smell. It is delicious to doggy noses. Not sure how bully sticks are made odor-free, but I am sure I would not want them for my dogs. The eyes, ears, nose, mouth all should be part of the experience for your pup. If you don't like the smell, let them enjoy their treat outside. Again, not taking away from anyone's experiences. These are ours and we will continue being customers for the foreseeable future.”

firstly, the texted me letting me know they had an earlier opening to my appointment & offered it to me.i loved that.
I have a nervous/slightly unruly dog & was a little overwhelmed bringing her in.all the girls working the vet clinic were so nice & patient & got all my dogs stuff done quickly.
but the girl working the register...star of the show.i had to buy a muzzle for my dog before she came in, I bought the wrong size & sent my son up to see if I could exchange it, I think she saw I was overwhelmed & handled that whole process for me while I waited somewhere else in the store so my dog wasn't near other dogs.did the same when I checked out to pay the clinic bill.

“I had a wonderful experience with both Malika in the grooming salon, and Vegas, the wonderful cashier. I took my chihuahua in for a grooming, and Malika was kind, patient, and even painted my pups nails which was so fun and totally unexpected. It was a wonderful service, and I will continue to book with Malika in the future. The icing on the cake was our cashier, Vegas. She showed me coupons I wouldn’t have known existed- I paid for my grooming, got two $0.99 treats and left with $12 in rewards bucks. This is a wonderful group of folks in this store, and that’s saying a lot because the staff at the Brook Rd location is great as well!”

“Better than average mexican food. Very consistent on the quality. This is probably my tenth or eleventh visit. I have food allergies and they were very careful. My peppers and onions were cooked separately and delivered on a separate plate to ensure there were no tomatoes or cross contamination. I will definitely eat here again.”
