Would not recommend to anyone, paid 223$ on October 24th just for my window to fall out of its track a month later, which he rigged to make it even fit in the first place. He said he would come fix it November 26th for a month straight kept saying he was waiting on the window to come in. Then texted me saying his phone broke, then never got back to me after that. DO NOT GO WITH HIM Andrew is unprofessional and a scam.

Great price, quick service. After the back window of my SUV exploded in my face at 7pm on a Friday, I put in a few calls for quotes with several car glass companies. Most had 2 week+ waits for appointments. When I called RVAGlass, his price was on the lower end of the quotes I’d gotten and he said he could come Monday morning. That was by far quicker than any other quote, so I took it. He texted a few minutes later saying he actually could come the very next day, a Saturday. I had new back glass in my vehicle, ready to drive, by 6pm Saturday. He was professional and friendly, and prevented me from being stuck all week with no transportation.

Fantastic communication, service, price and attention to detail. Glass came in a bit late, however, soon as he noticed, he shot me a message. Great attention to detail. Reinstalled my extras exactlyer where I had themoriginally as well. Explained the glue, set time and everything to ensure no damage post install would happen.

I HATE IT HAD TO REALLY COME TO THIS BUT SO BE IT..SO ON 2-19-2024 I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR MY TWO BROKEN WINDOWS ON MY CAR AN ON 2-20-2024 THAT WAS DONE NO PROBLEMS AT LEAST SO I THOUGHT THERE IS BEOKEN GLASS INSIDE THE DOORS I HEAR GLASS MOVING AROUND EVERY-TIME I GO TO OPEN AN CLOSE MY DOORS THAT HAD WINDOWS REPLACED ALSO IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT DURING THE JOB HE BROKE A PART ON MY CAR AN GLUED IT TOGETHER TO TRY TO FIX IT AN TOLD ME TO ORDER THE PART HE BROKE AN HE WILL INSTALL IT FOR FREE ??????? I WAS IN DISBELIEF COULD NOT BELIEVE HE HAD THE AUDACITY AN I LITERALLY PAID THIS COMPANY AN YOU DAMAGE MY VEHICLE AN WANT ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU BROKE THEN FINALLY SAID HE ILL PAY TO GET IT FIXED DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT AN THAT WAS WEEKS AGO I AM NOW BEING IGNORED NO CALLS OR TXT ARE BEING RESPONDED TO IT REALLY DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME THAT A COMPANY WOULD DAMAGE MY CAR AN WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT WHEN I WASN’T THE ONE WHO DID IT RVA GLASS WAS I TRIED TO GIVE THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT AN HOPE THEY WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING AN FIX WHAT THEY BROKE BUT AT THIS POINT ITS CLEARLY NOT GONNA HAPPEN SO I ALSO POSTED PICTURES SO YOU ALL CAN SEE HOW THE PIECE ON THE CAR IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK VS HOW THE BROKEN PIECE LOOKS I DIDN’T WANT TO HAVE TO POST THIS BUT THIS COMPANY LEFT ME NO CHOICE BAD BUSINESS PLEASE DO GET ANYTHING DONE HERE SINCE THEY DAMAGE CARS AN WANT THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR AT THIS POINT SINCE IM BEING IGNORED IM GOING TO HAVE MY LAWYER HANDLE IT AGAIN DO NO SO ANY BUSY WITH THIS COMPANY DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!!!

Had a leaking back window on my Ford ranger. After calling several different repair companies, Andrew was the first and only who offered to reseal it instead of replace it.He was hesitant at first that it was the window leaking and instead spent half the appointment diagnosing and confirming that it was the window. He Resealed the back window with tape, and I haven't had a leak since. This was months ago, and virginia has had its fair share of rain the last few months.I am very happy with the amazing customer service I received at such a great price. Highly recommended.

RVA Glass just replaced my cracked windshield and was extremely thorough. He was able to come the same day that I called, and even worked until it was dark outside to get the job done. I had a small leak in my car a few days later and reached out to him to come look it over, in case the leak was coming from the windshield. It turned out that it was not at all related to the windshield, as he tested it multiple times. It ended up being a coincidence and he found that I had a clog from leaves and debris. He went above and beyond to re-check the windshield, and even helped me out by cleaning up all the debris he found that was causing the issue. Andrew is extremely honest and reliable and I will be recommending him to others needing glass work in the future. He did an awesome job and made it really easy by coming to my house to do the work. Thank you again!

Had an appointment at 11am on a Monday and no one showed up or reached out. I had tried calling several times and even left a voicemail. No one got back to me. Do not use them!!
