I am almost 50 years old and this is the best mechanic I have ever had, hands down. I've taken all my car. Needs to them for at least a decade now. Practical and honest, perfect customer service. I truly believe they don't want my money but just want to do me right. Where can you find that anymore ? I have recommended Wallace to so many people.

Wallace Automotive is awesome. I stumbled across them a few years ago. Loved that just one of their specialties is Honda. Since I had just purchased a Honda ? It goes beyond that though- calling on the phone they are so professional. Sending in appointment requests- they get back to you very very quickly.
I enjoy being able to set something up without calling because I’m so busy working during the week.
And of course the most important part. I trust who’s got there hands on my vehicle. All of the mechanics are just wonderful- John is my best kept secret.
He knows what you’re saying- and if you don’t know what you’re saying he’ll know what you need.
I’ve only gone for quick maintenance but I’ll never take my car anywhere else.
I got there for an oil change at 10:45 and left by 11:20. It doesn’t get much better than that

This is a terrific independent automotive shop that specializes in Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, and are also affiliated with Carfax. The staff is very courteous and takes the time to explain to their customers what needs to be done and why. After repairs are complete, they will take the time to answer any of your questions. I really liked the constant updates I received via text on my auto repair. The shop itself is one of the cleanest shops I have ever seen! I highly recommend this auto shop!
