“I can't say enough about this store. They are wonderful. I was frustrated because I was at Sprouts which is in the same shopping center, and no one wanted to help me search for products I was looking for .I walked over to Moms organic market , and had never been. I was helped immediately by a knowledgeable employee who went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right products. The entire store is stocked with great items and great , happy ,friendly employees . It was such a nice experience.From now on I will be doing my shopping at this store.”

Johnathan was super helpful and knowledgeable — we explained what we wanted and he was able to give us recommendations and what would suit our needs best. “I have always shopped here it’s a wonderful place and I love it. But there is a rude employee name of “Smitty” who would get mad at me and my grandma for trying to figure out products at the cashier because she did not know how to speak English properly and I was translating. He kept getting mad at us saying that we were calling him racist after we complained. I did not expect this from such a store full of wonders.”
“James at the Amazon Drop Off was wonderful today! He was pulling stickers off a sheet and immediately stopped what he was doing to smile and greet me. He then processed my returns and was very nice and pleasant about it. Also, the Drop Box was completely jammed up by someone's large package and he immediately went over and fixed the Drop Box so that other customers didn't have any issues and that the other dozens of packages were safely returned without issue. He is a commendable employee and I wish all customer service folks were just like him.”

“I've been a GNC customer for years. Anytime I need a supplement, protein bar or powder, Levi is very helpful. Just recently I needed protein powder with no to very low calcium. He gave me 5 options to choose from and assisted by doing some label reading with me. I found what I needed and am very happy.”

“I went here for the hot bar and prebiotic. The digestion section at Whole Foods is large. The also had single serving sizes of probiotics. The produce section also has a wide variety. The electrolyte and cold pressed juices also have good variety. This one now has self checkout, so some things have changed since I was last here”

“I travel frequently and have visited numerous GNC's. The one in Fairfax is my favorite. Great staff, great product selection and many great deals on the clearance shelves. Damion is the best. Recently, I was purchasing some supplements and, while he was ringing up my order, he realized that there was a special on the product. He asked me if he wanted an additional product for free. I can't say enough about the great customer service.”
