“Thanks to Larry and the pharmacist for the great service today. They went out of their way to sort through the misinformation communicated by my doctor’s office sending an incorrect prescription throwing off my schedule for over a week! Larry is always so kind and helpful! Thank you ?”
“This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. You do NOT need to be a UVA patient to get prescriptions here. My family was traveling through the area and needed a last-minute prescription filled. I picked this pharmacy because it had such good reviews online. After leaving an urgent care office, I called to let them know we were driving and would be there in about 30 minutes. They quickly had our medicines ready when we arrived and were courteous and kind both on the phone and in person. Very highly recommend!”
“We have been going to this pharmacy since I was a child. They are always friendly and accommodating. Having moved back to the area recently I’m happy to give them my business again! CVS nearby offers unfriendly, slow, sometimes rude and confusing service and doesn't take my insurance. I’m glad fork union is still an option!”
“Im a frequent customer who fills about 6-7 scripts regularly. The pharmacy staff has been friendly and efficient every single time. It’s a busy department and they provide good service. I’m sure someone may have an off day here and there and that shouldn’t define the entire team”
“Staff and service is very good here. I writing this review because another reason. While I like dogs that dies not mean I like yours or want them in my face. While I was waiting for a prescription to be ready a lady came in with three large dogs unleashed. She just allowed them to run around the store until they were done. No one in the store seem to care that this was happening or concerned that what may cause to other people that may be here. I have several friends that are extremely allergic to animals and would have caused them problems it's one thing to allow person to come into a store with a single dog on a leash but another to allow three large dogs to run freely.”
