“Stopped by while travelling to grab a quick sweet treat. The bakery worker there was very polite, kind and helped us with the desserts and walked with us to show us where the utensils were. Just prior to that we had stopped by a coffee shop where the barristas made their contempt known through their facial expressions. My family will not be going there again.
But Harris teeter gained one and we will definitely be stopping by for the great selection of products and fantastic customer service.”

“I love this Sams Club! I've been a member of this and the other large wholesaler in town. I just prefer Sams Club. They have the regular brands that I prefer: Tyson, Jimmy Dean, Lunchables, Lays/Wise Chips...and I love their produce! They have great salad kits and everything is always so fresh. My kids love their fruit: apples, grapes, strawberries and bananas. This is just a great simple regular name brand wholesaler! ...and I love the clothing options ?”

“My mother needed a shingles vaccine. She uses a walker and it’s sometimes hard for her to get around. After filling out the paperwork for her the pharmacist was nice and came out to my car to give her the vaccine. The staff there is so nice.”

“I had to come on and rave about how awesome our Charlottesville Costco is - especially Simone from the Tire Center who saved me soooo much today!! I thought I had a screw in my tire and wasn't sure if they needed to be replaced (good ol AWD vehicles). While walking past the tire center, Simone asked if she could help me and I explained my problem. Without missing a beat she asked which vehicle was mine & went to see with her own eyes. (PS - I have absolutely just interrupted her workday flow and I'd never know it from the BEYOND accommodating way I was treated).
After inspection, she discovered it was an extremely lucky situation that required her only to remove the pin and there seemed to be no leak. BUT NO - SHE WAS NOT DONE BEING AMAZING - Simone went in to get soapy water and checked to make sure that no air was escaping and saved me 4 NEW TIRES. Y'all that is no small expense when I was just told I'd have to replace them all by another company!
Just had to come on here and say thank you to Simone - you absolutely made my day & your kindness was felt throughout the whole process. Thank you Simone, thank you Costco Tire Shop, thank you again to Simone - I am so glad to have such an amazing Costco in Charlottesville to count on. And they are only made great by the employees that make them that way!!”
“The staff at the Charlottesville Wegman’s pharmacy went above and beyond the call of duty for us on the Fourth of July holiday. They had short hours and we had a medical urgency. Prescription was sent to them that was unusual and they didn’t have it. They got it transferred to another pharmacy quickly and resolved our issue. They were polite and kept me informed throughout the process while helping lots of other customers and preparing to close up. They didn’t even get our business that day but they will from now on!!!”

I’ve watched how hard you work, rain, heat, long days, and still show up with a smile. What stands out even more is the patience and grace you show, even when some customers are impatient or VERY unkind. That kind of professionalism isn’t easy, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

“Prices here are always lower than surrounding area - sometimes as much as 10 cents/gallon lower. It's pretty quick to get in and out, even if there's a line. It runs pretty smoothly. You can scan your membership card or scan the qr code on the app to begin. The attendant is helpful and friendly, even on 95° days when the 'feels like' temp is 101°!”
