“We had purchased our tires from Costco about 2 years ago and they offer free tire rotation and repair. We discovered a slow leak so stop in without an appointment but they fit us in and rotated and balanced the tires in addition to fixing the leak. Great efficient service. I was able to watch them balance and mount the tires. Not many repair shops have windows that allow you to watch them work. I also heard them explaining tire options to customers and they did not try to up sell or push a specific brand.”

I must’ve called them 10 times today trying to get a prescription filled and they never made me feel like I was annoying or inconveniencing them in any way but rather they were happy to help, I was met with nothing but patience, kindness, understanding and empathy every single time. They really took the time to make multiple phone calls for me including calling another pharmacy to get a prescription transferred to them, calling my Drs Office, calling my insurance company multiple times, and calling me back to keep me in the loop multiple times . I have never had a pharmacy put so much effort into helping me with something all while treating me with so much patience and compassion. The two women I spoke with that answered the phones were kind and incredibly supportive. They gave exceptional customer service and were both the real MVPs if I could rate this higher than a five I would I can’t emphasize just how much I appreciate how much trouble they went through for me today and how kind they were every time we spoke. after being treated like a nuisance or just another body at other pharmacies for years this re-stored my perspective of humanity and I appreciate them so much and they deserve to be recognized for what they bring to this pharmacy.Tired of leaving CVS upset and in tears every single time you need a prescription filled? “Just picked up my new progressives at Walmart and I luv em ???.Big thanks to Big John in the optical department who took the time to measure multiple times to get me the best fit and widest possible reading area. He was really phenomenal! I had gotten my last pair of progressives a year ago at University Eyecare and even sent them back once to get them redone, but they never did get it right. So I had to use old pairs of military-issued glasses for an entire year. Now I'll be able to just keep these on my face all the time and feel great! Walmart has a way better selection of frames too, so you don't need to waste your $$$ on overpriced name-brand frames when there are plenty of nice ones you can get for less. John made a few recommendations but I never felt pressured for any brand. He was very knowledgeable and gracious--just fantastic customer service. I'll be going to Walmart for all my next glasses from now on!”
